Beyonce’s ashy knees were the talk of the evening at the “Unforgettable Evening Benefiting the Industry Foundation” event held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel last night in Beverly Hills. Most of you know she’s not my favorite of all God’s children. But a loyal reader sent me an excerpt from Beyonce’s interview with UK Cosmopolitan magazine’s March issue. And I must say I agree with Bey for once.
In it, Bey says marriage is not as important as, say, a prom or your birthday. She wonders why women put so much emphasis on weddings because they’re “just so temporary” and “goes in a second.” I agree with Bey. I’ve always said weddings are for women. Men could care less about all that pomposity and wastefulness. All that money wasted on a lavish wedding could have been used during the marriage. The bigger the wedding, the more selfish the bride, in my opinion. Have you noticed that the couples who have the big splashy weddings rarely stay together?
Singer India Arie and lesbun news anchor Robin Roberts attended India.Arie’s album release party at Kiss & Fly in NYC last night. Both women are hawt! Lawd, I wish I was in the house last night!
Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee, the most boring couple in the universe (second only to Beyonce and Jay Z), attended the JCPenney Presents “Style Your Spring” event in NYC yesterday. Anyone notice how Kimora’s belly inflates and deflates every time we see her?

Did Chris Brown Flirt With Leona Lewis?
I say no because everyone knows the British bombshell prefers dating white boys:
An initial theory is that the couple had been arguing about Chris flirting with other women and now one magazine has suggested that Leona Lewis may have been one of those on the end of Chris’s flirting.
US Star magazine reports: “At one point, Rihanna caught Chris flirting with Leona. They were carrying on and laughing, and Rihanna saw Chris with his hand on the small of Leona’s back. It may have been innocent, but that set Rihanna off.” [LINK]

Too Sexy To Be Gay? Woman Claims Baseball Star Exposed Her To HIV
A Queens woman has filed a $15 million lawsuit against HIV positive baseball star Roberto Alomar for insisting on having unprotected sex with her.
llya Dall, 31, said she lived with Alomar for three years and knew something was up when she watched his health begin to deteriorate.
Alomar, 41, finally got tested when he developed a persistent cough, fatigue and shingles. By then, according to the suit, Alomar’s skin had turned purple, he was foaming at the mouth and a spinal tap “showed he had full-blown AIDS.” His HIV results came back positive “on or about Feb.6, 2006,” according to court documents.
Dall knew about the test results but claims in her suit that Alomar “insisted” upon having unprotected sex with her.
Alomar retired from baseball due to “health issues” in 2005.
Dall is demanding at least $15 million in punitive damages for emotional stress, and exposing her children to the virus.
“He jeopardized the health, well-being and life of the plaintiff, which caused her to have a fear of contracting AIDS, often referred to as AIDS phobia,” the suit says.
The couple broke up in October 2008.

Poor Rihanna. Now they’re saying not only did her former boyfriend Chris Brown bite, kick and punch Rihanna, but he also choked her out too!
According to E Online!, Rihanna told the LAPD that the squabble started after they left Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party.
An enraged CB pulled his rented Lamborghini over to the curb so Rihanna could get out and walk back to their hotel. But instead, Rihanna snatched the keys out of the ignition and tossed them out the window, which further enraged CB.
CB scrambled out of the car in search of the keys and when he couldn’t find them he returned to the car and proceeded to choke Rihanna into submission.
The last words she heard him say before losing consciousness were, “I’m going to kill you, b*tch!” Hence, the terroristic threats police lodged against him.

Of course, in the real world, the terms Metrosexual and gay are interchangeable.
So I’ll take that as a “Yes.”

It’s easy for woman beater like Chris Brown to bite, punch and kick a small female like Rihanna into submission. But it isn’t so easy when his opponent is another man.
Several male industry insiders, who are close friends of Rihanna, have expressed a desire to dish out their own special brand of justice the next time they see Chris — which, coincidently, will be on March 5th when CB makes his first court appearance in LA.
A couple of decent, honorable brothas plan to be in court that day as well. Speaking of brothas — will Rihanna’s own brother put his foot on Chris Brown in court?
