No 16 yr. old can rent an apartment. Even car rental places won't let 18 yr. old rent a car. There is an adult behind what these girls did. Even young kids who are kidnapped help their capturer recruit other victims for their own survival. This is brainwashing and don't believe that these young women are the pimps. This prostution ring is countrywide and there is a man in jail right now who was the master mind behind it. He recruited runaways and is now serving 40 yrs.
