		<description>I was surprised at the initial weight loss too, but my body went through a drastic change with the change in diet alone, plus the consistent working out. I don't knwo how it happened, but I need it to happen like that for this remaining weight, my inner skinny bish wants to reign again!
Processed carbs are carbs not anywhere near their natural state. Like I'll eat potatoes, rice (mostly basmati though), natural granola, oatmeal because they're very close to their natural states; vs bread which started of as wheat, then was bleached and refined to flour then made into bread or cereals which started of as whole grains and when through similar processes. Boot camp is fun, and we meet at either 5 in the morning or 6 in the evening. If you're in atlanta you should come, we're at piedmont park, he's super affordable and will help you get the results you're looking for.
