Another Dumb Rapper Arrested: Andre 3000
Usually I don’t waste my time reporting on dumb rappers getting themselves arrested since that’s to be expected of some of them.
But it tickled me to see that Andre 3000′s dumb ass was behind bars at least for a few hours this weekend.

Andre Benjamin — aka Andre 3000 from the rap group Outkast — was arrested in his home state of Georgia this weekend after he was nailed for doing 109 mph in a 65 mph zone.
We’re told Andre was taken to the Henry County Jail where he took a mugshot, posted $1,200 bail and was eventually released.

@ brwnsugga I don’t know what type of car he drives but I’ve caught myself doing 80 without even knowing it. I’m sure the car he is pushing is way more advance than mine so maybe he was in a zone, listening to music, open road.. doing it, lol.

“remorseful”…the nigga look dazed and confused to me…i agree with sandra on this one! he’s stupid! there is no reason whatsoever to be going THAT damn fast! he coulda busted up some innocent person..perhaps he’s skilled at his craft but this was a dumb move, but whatever…nothing these fools do shock me these days.

yes iscream his eyes are white. dre has long been living a cleaner life than most in his biz. he gave up the drank, the trees, and the meat long ago (long time vegan). and obviously the bullshyt too cause we never hear about him or big boi in no trouble.
so i think he is entitled to some open road, some music, and some understanding.

i LOVE andre 3k!! he’s one of the best too! im sorry but i know when i listen to certain songs in the car i can zone out n hit 100 on the highway. it aint like his arrest was drug related or he picked up a male prostitute. give me a break! when “swag on” comes on my foot is a tad heavier and that j holiday song wit my boo rick ross! give andre a break, i didnt hear anybody callin TI a dumb rapper for gettin caught wit illegal drugs…

i’m sure he is pushing something nice and fast…however, just because it goes 200mph doesn’t mean you need to be burning up the road…that’s why they have traffic laws.
further, those eyes in my eyes…look like eyes of a man that had to many vodka & cran’s that night….lmao!!!

chile please!…i’m an ole head and i have gotten plenty of speeding tickets since i’ve been driving and yeah my son didn’t know the rules of the roads in VA but he knows now and i did not help him pay a dime for his fees cause my momma didn’t pay any of mine!…glad u are a professional driver and know the rules of the road…good luck with that with all the fools on the road these days! often times in ain’t u that phucks up but the next person…stay safe

I couldn’t find Sandra’s original post, but this pretty much matches her story, if I remember correctly. I can understand the orgin of her hate on this ONE particular celeb:

From what Gyant tells me — a photograph was almost taken of the actor/rapper- and that’s when the sh*t the fan. Aggressive members of his entourage approached the photographer to the stars — demanding that she turn over the film. She declined, and for a brief moment, a little drama ensued. While nothing was exchanged – Dre abruptly ended his evening.
In a town where everyone shows love to everyone, and more importantly, in a time when one day we love and the other we don’t. You would think that artist’s would make it their priority to show love to their black paparazzi. I’m sure if it was People magazine, or MTV Dre would have smiled for the camera. Let’s hope that Andree Benjamin doesn’t become another Usher.
If you don’t want your pictures taken, and you’re a celebrity- then keep ya as* at home- homie.
Maybe the reason he was so camera shy is because he was at famed strip club “Body Tap” and he feels that might tarnish his “cosmic” hip-hop image.
That’s all?? Celebrity or not some folks don’t want their pic taken 24/7. Simple as that. I thought it was something major.

can’t believe I’m saying this but I agree with Sandra. Its no different than dui in the sense that you are endangering OTHERS lives. I get he has speedy car, thats why they have tracks.
