As for my bi-racial children I am going to make sure that they identify with all of their cultures.
My goal is when someone asks them what they are they will answer I am human. Then if asked what culture they are I hope they will say I am a Black Woman/Man and I am a White Woman/Man.
And Sandra I know woman who are just “Black” who look like or lighter with more European features than she does.
And all biracial kids do not pick a say…you shouldn’t make absolute statements because they rarely are legitimate
