As most of you ATLiens know, a big film festival is in town all this week. So Atlanta is crowded with celebs and industry execs from all over this nation. We’re happy to have them here and we hope they spend all their money to help boost our ailing economy!
Remy Martin held a very private dinner at the elegantly appointed, intimate new spot called Whiskey Blue in the Penthouse at the fabulous W Hotel last night. When I tell you that every caliber of star was there, I am not exaggerating. Here are a few of the big names who would not allow themselves to be photographed last night: LA Reid, Young Jeezy, Steve Harvey, Jason Geter, and they say Diddy also stopped through, but I can’t confirm that.
Let me tell you about the spot: Whiskey Blue is located on the top floor of the W Hotel. Whiskey Blue is so ultra private that the corporate policy is NO photographers inside! So you will likely never see pictures from inside this spot again. The only reason celebrity photographer Prince Williams of ATLPICS.net got in last night is because he’s Prince Williams. He’s got it like that. He’s a professional and he’s on a first name basis with everybody who is anybody. But check out the pics from Whiskey Blue since you and I will probably never get in to see it in person.

I was just about to talk about how tacky them girls dress in the ATL. I would be dumping the trash in a white beater and jeans not showing up to an event like that. See we girls in NYC do it up when we go out. Make-up, shoe game, and outfits are always on point. I haven’t really seen girls in the ATL wear Herve Leger dresses. And I don’t wear weaves cause I just naturally have long hair but the weave/wig game in ATL is not the business. My friend wears weaves and she spends at least a G on her hair and it always looks natural. I don’t understand it either go hard when you go out or stay home thats my motto.

Naw I’m going from these pics posted of these “Decatur flavors” and I’m not at all impressed with the dressing. I mean I don’t care how hot it is I will always dress the occasion there will never be an excuse. And me and my girls ALWAYS go from the car inside the club to the VIP never any waiting. I’ve never waited in anyones line to get in a club. And niggas are always thirsty of course any girl can get a dudes digits if they tryin to one night that chick, but see I don’t just go for any random nyggas and I’m not a one night type chick. See and that’s the difference I don’t go for those type of guys who just want to **** any and everything walking (trannys included) I like whats called corporate thugs or business wall street gangsters. I’m so over the rappers, ballers faze they are the most immature and disrespectful and cheapest men around. I like Middle Eastern oil sellers and traders, international moguls, stock brokers, lawyers, doctors, REAL businessmen with that “Arab money”. A guy to impress me must be attractive and must have their bachelors and also their masters, doctors, or law degrees. So yes honey a Herve Leger dress will attract those types. I’m a longevity type chick not a spur of the moment that’s the difference. If I were to come to ATL the only person I’ve seen so far worth convo is Alex Gidewon and some of those middle eastern club owners I like their business and networking hustle.

DeVyne Stewart may be a relative unknown (to us folks that don’t reside in Atlanta) I will say he is foine as blackberry wine. I kinda want to lick him.

Have you read The Coldest Winter Ever? That will give you a clue of how some of these New York chicks worship labels. But like you said Zuley obviously ain’t been to the A because the women are the same there. I don’t feel it’s good in either case because most people don’t make enough money to really afford that crap.

While I like material things I would never backstab my family or friends like Winter did in The Coldest Winter Ever it’s never that serious. If anything I’d do the exact opposite and make sure my family and friends are well taken care of as I move up. I work a 9 to 5 but as far as who I date oh the brotha has definitely got to be caked out with that “Arab Money” for sure. I don’t feel I should settle for less not when I work full time and am finishing up my masters. I”m past the whole rapper/ballers faze most of those guys are ugh to me. I rather meet their managers, agents, or CEO’s of their companies the brainpower behind it all who probably have college degrees. These rappers/ballers/goons have no long term goals and in reality have short money because they don’t know how to effectively manage their money why put up with all that when 5 years from now they will be broke and scrambling to get back money? When you can date one of these international moguls of fortune 500 companies who have invested money in lots of company’s around the world and have money in various other places. I want to be that chick thats part of an empire and help bring more money to my mans empire (of course I would form a partnership if I bring ideas to the table). Be that banging ass chick walking my man to his meetings YES WITH MY HERVE LEGER DRESS and voicing my opinion on contracts.
