Iman: “Michelle is not a great beauty; But she’s bright”
Supermodel Iman, who knows a thing or two about great beauty, says Michelle Obama is not one. I totally disagree! We all know that the fashion world’s standard of beauty is not a realistic one. And Iman should be ashamed of herself for applying that same standard of (artificial beauty) to the First Lady, who in my opinion is quite lovely.
“Mrs. Obama is not a great beauty,” Iman tells Parade.com. “But she is so interesting looking and so bright. That will always take you farther.”
“When you’re a great beauty, it’s always downhill for you,” she explains. “If you’re someone like Mrs. Obama, you just get better with age.”

& I don’t think what Iman said was bad. I actually think it was a compliment. A backhanded one but a compliment nontheless.
I do not think Michelle is ugly nor do I think she is a beauty queen. She is FAB and carries herself well and that’s all that matters IMO. Oh and she got her cute hubby Get it Chell!

Personally I think it’s a true statement. I’ve always thought Michelle looked like the grinch. The eyebrows kill me. But she does appear to be very sophisticated smart and classy. I think those assets will carry her further in the long run.

Michelle is georgeous in my opinion. Considering the superficial standards of the model industry, She’s extra geogeous. I’d rather be educated and smart than pretty, w/ constant trips to the surgeon to maintain.

Hello all. Truth be told, by most standards, Michelle isn’t a great beauty. (Halle Berry, Elizabeth Taylor, Dorothy Danridge, Mahaiji Jackson) She is a very attractive lady that will grow old very gracefully. Most beautiful people have to get help growing old and staying beautiful, especially in Hollywood. Peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
