Supreme Court Rejects Chris Brown’s Appeal; He Will Face Rihanna in Court On Monday
Woman beater Chris Brown took his case all the way to the Supreme Court and lost! Now bitch boy will be forced to face Rihanna in court on Monday, June 22.

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal by Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos to postpone what could be an explosive preliminary hearing set for next Monday for the R&B singer, who’s charged with threatening and beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna. That sets the stage for the dramatic reunion of the two former lovers as both are expected to appear in court Monday.
Geragos appealed to California’s highest court after a lower court judge, Judge Patricia Schnegg, denied his motion to access the confidential personnel records of 25 Los Angeles Police Department employees. Gergaos was seeking the records prior to the preliminary hearing, hoping to find out who leaked a shocking photo of a badly-bruised Rihanna taken after she was assaulted, allegedly by Brown.
Since being indicted on domestic abuse charges, CB’s attorneys have worked diligently to get the case delayed, especially now that Rihanna is set to take the stand against him.
CB has also been working hard to repair his public image in the weeks leading up to his trial.
The judge presiding over Monday’s hearing will decide if there is enough evidence to proceed with a jury trial. CB faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

I don’t care about all this legal wrangling. We won’t have all the details until this case is over. That’s when those after pics will get out and we will find out if Rihanna laid hands on him in such a way that justified the beating. The don’t usually prosecute mutual combat situations, but who knows maybe they have it out for Chris for some reason. Either way, I don’t care to deal with anymore of the speculation.
RIRI aint gonna throw her man to the wolves.. she is going to plead the 5th.. besides do she really gotta go to court if she doesnt live in this country?

Then people saying well we seen pics of him after the fight and he didn’t have bruises. The pics that were shown after the fight CB had his hoody covering his face (maybe to hide the bruises)so how could anyone tell if he did or didn’t have bruises

It’s hard when you’ve got the media scrutinizing your every move. As soon as TMZ got ahold of the story, the outcome was predictable. Same thing as Usher and Tameka … their marriage didn’t have a chance for many reasons, including media scrutiny.

One thing I never thought about before reading these comments is that we did not see Chris Browns’s mugshot. TMZ is notorious for posting mug shots and they didn’t post Brown’s ………….. very interesting.

I’m going to head over to The Smoking Gun to see if I can find any Cali celeb mugshots. But, I truly believe that if Chris had photos of his injuries he would release them himself.
Just as I thought I remembered, The Smoking Gun has a section just for Hollywood mugshots. Is this some new law? Let me see what I can find on that. Yall got my mind spinning.

The fact is many many many batterers hit without provocation. Not every woman is “asking for it” and in fact most domestic violence victims don’t have to do anything to get a beat down.
The proof would be the same police report or affadavit that was released to the public. TMZ and E online came out with the story a few days after the blow by blow details were released. Per the same report she admitted to hitting him 1st numerous times even with her shoe. As I said yesterday nobody cared by then because the pic had been released. According to the report she also explained the escalting violence would be her slapping him in Eurpoe and he put her in the wall to calm her down. That is why I said if reports are true SHE had the history of violence not him. That is why everybody needs to keep their hand to themselves. Chris was wrong for hitting her and she was wrong for hitting him(based on what she allegedly told the police)
My sister has been through real deal domestic violence so I know the problem is real and does exsit. So yes many men hit for no reason but that is NOT always the case either.
Even if you could find out what happened that night the dynamics and past incidents in their relationship are not known its hard to make a fair judgement without them. I will talk **** to my man when we are fighting get in his face all of that, but theres a certian look he gets and I see his fist balling up unconciously and I know to go sit my ass down somewhere and mumble to myself.

The reason I say all we know for sure is the beating occurred and Chris did it is because everything else has been unofficial including the statement about Rihanna hitting him. TMZ also stated that Chris’ manager sent him a text about hooking up later, but I’m disregarding that as well. She has denied it. In court documentation will be entered into evidence and that is when I will believe the facts that are revealed. The only reference I could find about Rihanna hitting him after reading through 4 pages of Chris Brown stories on TMZ is this paragraph posted on March 11th:
Law enforcement tells us the text message to Brown talked about hooking up later — and it totally pissed off Rihanna. She slapped and hit him and he then brutally fired back.
TMZ has also posted conflicting stories as to what happened to the keys to the car. That’s when I realized we won’t be able to determine what is true and what is false until hard evidence comes out in court.
