According to TMZ.com: Chris Brown has copped a plea in the Chrianna beat down case. He will get 180 days in some domestic abuse program in Virginia followed by 5 years probation for felony assault. No jail time.
INF Daily got the exclusive pics of Chris Brown arriving at his attorney’s office wearing skin tight slacks from Will Smith’s metrosexual clothing line. Word is Chris has just entered the L.A. courtroom where he will hear testimony from his abuse victim Rihanna. TMZ.com has the live feed.

He’ll spend 180 days probation in Virginia - it’s equivalent to CalTrans or graffiti cleanup.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault.

I never said rih rih was innocent. There was no need for her to take the stand if he copped a plea “before” the hearing. her feelings for him were evident by not getting a restraining order but has since regained her senses and kicked that to the curb.
if she did assault him I can see him defending himself, but what he did to her face goes beyond self defense. the way t he district attorney says it, the pic we saw is nothing compared to the next day photos. And hell no I don’t believe that bs that she got those black eyes by hitting her face on the dashboard.
He could have called the police or put her ass out on the curb but he chose to beat her down and for that he needed to man up and take responsibility instead of ****ing up and copping plea.. not a good message to send out to the young people who are in the same situation.

@Melina the judge order him to stay at least 100 yards away from her and she had her lawyer tell the judge that wasnt necessary the original order of him not to call and harras her etc was enough but the judge made the order effective anyway and said they could re visit it in Aug. He can be within 10yrds of her at industry events. The court wants them to have no contact with this level 1 stay away order which rihannas lawyer said was not needed damn that has to suck. At least the judge will re consider in Aug.
I know Chris mother is glad this is over they said she cried in the courtroom bless her heart.
Thats damn shame. They should lock Rhianna up for making CB having to whoop her ass like that! Some women never learn. haha

Chris lawyer said he is the one who has restricted him from talking and releasing more statements and Chris has always wanted to accept responsibilty and speak out but he advised him against that telling him to let things play out in court. He also said he would let him speak in Aug after the sentencing. I am not sure that was the best move but I guess his lawyer felt it was best for whatever reason. Not sure if you saw that info or not.

Not only are the pants coochie cutters, but he doesn’t appear to be working with much. Not a good look. Anyway, I’m tired of these lawyers jacking people for their dough. Chris could have copped to all this months ago. Why they gotta wait til the last minute? Had he taken the domestic violence classes from jump of his own free will it would have saved him a truckload of bad publicity.

Im glad this shyt is finally over….Hopefully this will teach Rhianna that if she wants to remain in a happy relationship with someone she loves she will keep her fukking hands to herself.
