Katherine Jackson Granted Temporary Guardianship of Jackson’s Kids
A California judge today granted Katherine Jackson’s petition for temporary custody of the three children her late son, pop icon Michael Jackson, raised as his own.
Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe, biological mother of the two eldest children, was served with a notice. A hearing is set for next Monday, according to TMZ.com.
The petition stated Debbie Rowe had no relationship with the children.
Meanwhile, a lawyer who was terminated from Jackson’s employ in 2006, suddenly popped back up three weeks ago. Attorney John Branca claims to be in possession of Jackson’s last will and testament, and he plans to file the will in court in 30 days.
According to TMZ.com, Jackson’s parents Katherine and Joseph Jackson aren’t aware of any such will. Katherine filed a petition to be named administrator of Jackson’s estate. In the petition, Katherine Jackson stated her son had no will.

We all been knowin’ that. You don’t need DNA to tell you they are not his biological children. The fact remains he was their LEGAL parent.

I thought he just changed it up so in the even of his deal sir paul got his rights back??

I tried to find the article (there’s so much out there) to paste a quote from Debbie Rowe. I can’t remember where I saw it.
She said they’re not MJ’s biological kids and she has no intention of trying to get custody or even meeting them. She wasn’t cut out to be a mom then and she doesn’t want to be one now.

And umm….If Mike doesn’t have a will…would I be wrong for saying he probably doesn’t have one on purpose…a man as successful as him knew the benefits of having a will years ago, and he knew that it would be less stressful for his family if there was one in place. With him not having one, I wonder if he set up a trust for his kids and left the rest for the sharks….maybe Michael didn’t want anyone in his family to have anything that he hadn’t already given them. I know off top Latoya wasn’t getting SHYT!

Hello All. These could be MJ’s kids. After all, a blue-black man can and has produced lily-white children just like the same blue-black man can produce a child blacker than the night. Only the white man’s gene is so weak it can disappear after the 1st generation. I’m just saying. But as far as his children, they could indeed be his. Legally they are and that’s all that matters. I wish them well. Who knows, they just may take off where Mike left. Peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
And as far as Joe Jackson is concerned, he’s a sick man, like many of our so-called parents today. Michael was his ticket and the ticket just got bigger. So sad. Peace.

Not true about it disapearing. I have a friend whos is caramel brown her mom lightskinned dad chocholate. My friend had a baby with a very darkskinned man. Their daughter was born white with a reddish brown hair. He man didn’t even believe it was his baby. His mom saw her and told him she looked just like him but light.(she was his) anyway his mom also told him one of his grandparents or greatgrandparents was white. That baby is seventeen now still looks just like him but coloring is like Tiny’s.
Joe seems happy because he sees an opportunity to make more money. He used his kids as a vehicle out of the ghetto and he continued to exploit them all their lives. Now he will exploit Michael in death. I find it interesting that the media says Joe is “living” with his wife at the Encino estate when we all know he left Katherine years ago and is living in Las Vegas.
How can anyone tell anothe person how to grieve? Taking his son’s death pretty well? opposed to what? televising the slitting of his throat on prime time NBC?
Let me also say this. We tend to forget that it was JOE that put the microphones in his kids hands first! That it was HIS tenaciousness that got this family out of Gary, IN and on to the next level.
People don’t give this man his propers and it’s not at all right! Joe was a man with 9 children, 6 of them boys. Do you really think he had time to be soft spoken and gentle with 6 men-children to raise and have them all focused on one common goal? And how bad was he really? The loving Katherine didn’t take her children and leave for their own safety. remember these boys were making money from a young age, she would have been well sustained had she done so.
Hell she and joe didn’t even divorce until the children were grown and the cause was due to his infidelity.
With everything that is being said about MJ, his family, his children, I am comforted to know that we alll really only have one appointment with judgement and nine times out of 10 God will not be calling any of us to chime in.

I don’t know, Joe might try, I remember reading somewhere before Michael died that the oldest son and he had recorded a duet. =) Debbie Rowe said in an interview last year that the kids wearing veils and masks was her idea not Michael’s because she had been getting threats that people wanted to kidnap them, she also said that she was not happy that they had been photographed without them.

I really don’t think that Joe Jackson is a bad as we think. As kids, we all got our asses whipped. Some with extension cords, train tracks, whatever our parents could reach. It was called discipline then. We need some more of that so that we can stop having our black kids out here with no damn direction and acting like fools. Now Joe probably did bust their asses a little more because he was trying to build an empire. If he hadn’t done that none of us would be mourning this icon like we are. As far as today’s press conference, Joe is like 100 years old and y’all all know old be rattle and say all kind of unnessecary shyt.
