Grief-stricken Michael Fans Commit Suicide
According to online reports, grief-stricken hard core Michael Jackson fans are taking their own lives. At least 12 fans have reportedly committed suicide across Europe:
Gary Taylor, president and owner of MJJcommunity.com, says, “I know there has been an increase (in deaths), I now believe the figure is 12. It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this. He would want them to live.
“They (fans) can’t accept it, they feel in some sort of different reality. I’m stunned that he’s dead. One minute he is coming here for concerts and the next he is gone. I think the funeral will be where the reality kicks in that he is gone and won’t be coming back, there will be a huge depression in the fan community when that happens.”
And Jackson’s political activist pal Reverend Jesse Jackson has even recorded a message to his fans, urging them not to “self-destruct” in the wake of the singer’s demise.Jesse Jackson says, “This is a time when hearts are heavy. There is great pain but great cause to celebrate Michael’s life. It made Michael happy saying ‘We Are The World’. Don’t self-destruct. We fall down sometimes, we get back up. That’s the right thing to do. In Michael’s name let’s live together as brothers and sisters and not die apart as fools.”
Thousands of Jackson fans are planning a vigil on 13 July (09) at the O2 Arena in London where the star was due to kick off his 50-date comeback tour.

Awwwwh sad story, even still today. I’m not killing myself though. I think emotions are all over the place for everyone, whether you knew him or not. We’re talking at least 40 years in the public eye. In that much time, you come to feel like you’re connected to the person.

I hope that Daily News story is wrong. I was cool with Jay-Z getting him pulled because that meant we could see Chris later in an official tribute show. But if Al Sharton is the one that got him removed that means Chris likely won’t get to do anything. Al is all up under the Jackson’s right now. Now that I know Usher didn’t attend because he was doing the fashion show circuit I don’t even know if I want to see him. But I still want to see Chris.
Big up to Jackson fans for buying Mike’s albums in record numbers. Billboard is estimating he will have at least 3 albums in the top ten on this week’s list. Way to get that debt paid off!
how was Usher at a fashion show after spending so much time attention whoring it up on Larry King? he lost so many points for that. and these people are making tribute songs and tshirts and tapes all in the honor of michael jackson. bullshyt. see how much of this money they give to his charities.
@Bird stories/rumors are flying left and right. Rev Al said via his twitter page he did not have anything to do with CB not performing. Usher was in Paris at an event he couldn’t get out of per the statement I read from him.
I hope and pray nobody really killed themself over MJ.

Jamie Foxx Calls in to the Rickey Smiley Morning Show
So, Jamie called in to the show this morning to talk about the BET Awards. Here are some interesting things that he said about some of the things that people are talking about:
- Janet’s decision to appear was made at the very last minute.
- Jamie was still learning choreography and getting costumes made the day before the show.
- Chris Brown was never at the rehearsals for the show.
- Jamie did not really want to speak on the Chris “controversy” since it was supposed to be all about honoring Michael, but he finally said that the writers of the show (Jamie, Marcus King, and Stephen Hill) decided not to include Chris in the tribute because they wanted to “protect” him. The show was supposed to be all about honoring Michael, and they didn’t want the issues with Chris to affect that. As far as Jay-Z having Chris cut from the show, Jamie’s exact words were “Jay-Z and Beyonce don’t run the show.”
- A lot of things during the show were switched around at the very last minute. Stephen Hill made the call for Beyonce not to open the show with “I’ll Be There,” but instead to do “Ave Marie.” They wanted to open the show with something uplifting, so they went with New Edition.
- LOL, Jamie made fun of Don Cornelius’s long-winded speech during the O’Jay’s tribute.
- The rest of the call was them making fun of Flava Flav for showing up at the Jackson family house and not being let in. Of course, Jamie did his famous Terrance Howard impersonation!

@Munch as you know I heard Jamie and although he did not see CB reharsing I believe he was and did get pulled at the last min. after talks from YT saying CB was using this as a way to jump start his career. CB will get his time to shine so it’s all good. This is a blessing in disguise!

Funny you said that…made me think of how it was reported in the news just recently that a man was threating to jump off the bridge and kill himself but he was up there like 5 or so hours ongoers got mad cause he was holding up traffic and one of them took it upon themselves to push him…I know it is dead wrong but for some odd reason it is funny. Those folks got tired of him wasting their time.

Thanks!!!! As long as Big Al wasn’t behind it I don’t care what happened to Chris’ performance. The show was whack anyway. I don’t know if I believe Jamie’s version of what happened to Chris. As for B, I would have preferred she sing a Mike slow jam than what she did and wore. New Edition with Bobby was cool even though the singing left much to be desired.

A friend of Michael Jackson has claimed he is the real father of the singer’s youngest child.
Al Malnik – a restaurateur with alleged Mafia links – insists he is the biological parent of seven-year-old Prince Michael II and has pledged to help raise the boy following the ‘Thriller’ star’s death last Thursday (25.06.09).
He is quoted as saying: “I’m the one who saved Michael from bankruptcy and, in return, he said he would name me the executor of his will. “I was a father figure to Michael and I intend to be a father figure to the son who is rightfully mine.
“He asked me, if anything happened to him, if I would become godfather and parent to Prince Michael.”
The mother of Prince Michael II – known as Blanket – is unknown. The ‘Billie Jean’ star’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe is the mother of his two eldest children, Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11. However, photographs showing the resemblance between Paris and Malnik’s own daughter with his wife Nancy have sparked speculation he is also the father of the older children.
A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Malnik has made no secret of the fact that he has a special relationship with Michael. And now he claims he is the father of his third child. If you look at pictures if Michael’s daughter Paris and Malnik’s own daughter, they both have a very similar look about them. “For many people there has been a question mark over this area of Michael’s life.”
Malnik’s claims have been dismissed as “ridiculous” by a family spokesperson.

Hello All. Poor Michael. Stories coming out the woodwork and who is to say what’s true and what’s a lie? Poor kids. He loved them so much, tried to protect them around every corner and he seemed to have been doing a decent job. I’ll be glad when he’s buried and this mess is settled. But it may take yrs because folks will continue to come out the woodwork to tell their stories and their lies for one thing: MONEY!
