Besides the fact of their accent their understanding is also they listen to what you say pick up on the "key words" and then respond with a prewitten answer. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense. I urge you all to whenever you get an indian say I want to speak with someone stateside immediatley. If enought people do it maybe they will cut down on sending the calls overseas. I had to call Amazon and got a yt american boy. He understood exactly what my problem was after one time explaining and fixed it right away. When they sent they survey about how did he do thats the first thing I wrote. Thank you so much for having an American call me communication was clear he helped quick and was polite. E.....WHAT? IS THAT EVEN LEGAL? AND WHY INEXPERIENCED? Are they trying to be slick? Like you can have an experienced indian or an inexperienced american and if you want to american fiddy duckets please? She works behinds the scenes(producing, owning a salon) and this is a REALITY show. Ozzy Osbourne the originator of celebrity reality shows was unintelligable too. I believe her and Toya have more in them then what they appear to right now and will do a log of growing and self improvemnt.
