That girl was 18 when she moved to their house. Not many (I did) but not many 18 year old girls know how to cook. They've been together for 10 years and he hasn't left yet. What have they been doing for the last 10 years that's worked out for them? It isn't her concern if her 35 year old son wants a wife who can't cook. That's on him. She was in their business too much.
