I was riding home from my doctor’s appointment and started feeling very ill. I drove myself to the hospital. That was some scary ish. I had one foot in the grave and one on Earth. If I had not gone to the er, I would have been in the gansta lean right about now. : - )

Ahh ur comments got approved finally ill watch the videos after im done watching this movie, I actually got pretty sick on thursday I attribute it to(not a doctor) sudden influenza, had the chills/fever/muscle soreness that I thought had to warrant, a pack of sudafed pe and 20 hrs of sleep later I felt a little bit better, well a lot good enough to go to the gym but it was a struggle…..
Now what is this about blood pressure?? How did this happen is it genetic for you?? Are you on medication??

There is a remedy for insomia. It does energize(sp) though. Hubby may roll over and fall fast asleep I get up and want to clean and cook. You are married, do what married ppl do. “Don’t procreate but re create” your mind, body and soul. We know the saying “Got Milk”. Got a hubby? Use him. Men think about sex every second they breath. Get you some girl. Nothing compares to great love making. Or if you are so bored try watchin golf. It will put you in a fast sleep coma. LOL. I am watching the “William’s Sisters playing tennis. @ Charles, I am under a tremendous amount of stress and I guess I was not handling it well. Yes, I am on blood pressure meds. If I had not gone to the er, my heart could have exploded or I could have had a stroke. I thought I was dying. Everything started going gray. My pressure was like 200 over 108. I was at the crossroads for real.
I am currently on FMLA leave from work. I will be paying you more attention on SR. : - )

I think we are all smart. I have learned through the years that there is no such thing as a “stupid question”. If you don’t know, ask. I still wonder but don’t lose sleep over why ppl call JZ HOV. “Husband of Veyonce”? Head Of Vigara? Here Or Vorgetton(forgotten), Head of Vigania. I heard about his passing before I went to mom and dad in-laws. Something does not smell right. This is another shocker but we have to be careful of the company we keep.
After reading the latest on the Steve McNair story this is going to be ruled a murder suicide. He was shot multiple times including the head and found on the couch and the female had a single shot to the head and was found near him on the floor. The gun was found at the scene and the police said they didn’t originally see it which leads me to believe she fell on it.
We’ll never know if he was ending this relationship and she snapped or what but it’s definately a sad situation. He had a wife and 4 kids and now those boys don’t have a dad. Think with the right head.
RIP Steve McNair. Wasn’t he married with children?? Shouldn’t he had been home with his wife and chilren lightening up the grill?? This is sad. Now he is in the gansta lean for some ish.

None of my “friends” from NJ called me. Hell, my college best friend living around the corner from has not called yet and I told her azz that I was in the hospital. These mf(s) would be the first ones to faint at my funeral. I am drafting a will. I am requesting that I don’t have a funeral. Throw my azz in the ground and keep it moving. If you did not show your love when I was living, then don’t show up to my funeral faking the funk.

As far as the Steve McNair situation, I’m still not sure yet that the wife knew either. We don’t know if it was normal behavior for him to not be home at 2 in the a.m. Also, he was killed early morning so he could’ve told her he was taking care of something and would be home on the holiday.
Why was he talking to a girl a few years older than his son though? Why was he messing around period and was married. He really learned the hard way that it’s not worth it. They said he didn’t even try to hide though so who knows. A 3-5 month affair cost him his life.
