Jefferson Pays Gold Digger To Go Away Quietly

As I wrote yesterday, I had no idea who NBA star Richard Jefferson was until my readers emailed me to say he left his gold digging fiance at the alter.
According to online reports, Jefferson is easing his ex-fiance’s pain by giving her a six-figure pay-off. I think he did the right thing since money is apparently what she was after from the start.
In an interview, Jefferson said, “There was a lot of stress and tension in the relationship. We’ve been through a lot — but we just couldn’t continue.”
That’s code for she wouldn’t sign the pre-nup.
Say what you will about Jefferson being gay, but what sense would it make for a down low brother to spend $2 million on a wedding just to cancel it the day before? Wouldn’t he go ahead with the wedding as a cover — and to shut his critics up?
It sounds more like Jefferson realized Kesha Ni’Cole Nichols was a gold digger. Especially if what he said about them constantly bickering is true. Who wants to marry a golddigging nag?

Yeah its called Hush, Hush Money.
Don’t tell nobody you caught me with that man. (Probably that team member he took that last minute trip with before he “cancelled” the wedding).
He was smart, blowing 2 millie on a weeding that never took place is soooooooooooooooooo much more cheaper than getting divorced a year from now and her talking bout “NICCA I WANT HALF”
How do you know she nagged him? If they were together for 5yrs he knew who she was when he PROPOSED! If he didnt want to get married cool fine whatever he should have handled his bizness like a MAN though
Daisy,
I don’t think they were together for 5 years because he was married in 2005, maybe he realized he was jumping back into marriage to fast. IDK, but i know that girl must be hurt. Shiddddddd that was her meal ticket!!!
Do you get to keep the gifts this this type of situation? Probably not…
^^^ Daisy,
Please do share
@lovely she said she wanted a pic with Chili and she was drunk and ran up to her and Chili didnt know who she was and brushed her off..lol So she got mad..lol Ryan said that is not how it happened though..lol She said she is a big fan of Chili and TLC. She is a hot mess gotta love her..lol
Frankie is a mess….but I freakin loves it
As I said before Jefferson SAID he dated her for FIVE YEARS! U stand corrected lovely..lol
Jefferson did an interview he said he sent her an email and they talked for TWO hours afterwards. He said he didnt just send an email and bounce. He said they had attended a wedding the weekend before and did nothing but argue so the writing was on the wall. He said people are trying to mess up his name making him look like that bad guy. So that sheds new light on this story.
Yea he said they were together 5 years, soooo if he was married in 2005 like someone else said…hmmm…
A broken engagement is way better than a broken marriage, they’ll both be thankful that things went down like this one day. Especially if it’s true that they started dating when he was still married, because that’s a ****ty foundation for any relationship, no matter how many years are invested into it afterwards.
That’s PHUCKED UP how he did her. But if he knew it wouldnt last why go through with marrying her just because it’s already paid for. Better that than a divorce later
