Lil Wayne Sued For Being a NO CLASS Act
When will people stop throwing money at this worthless piece of trash?

It certainly would have been cheaper to buy an alarm clock. Lil Wayne is being sued for nearly half-a-million bucks for sleeping when he should have been performing.
Red City Entertainment claims it fronted $432,000 for a Wayne concert appearance in the Bahamas. On September 27, 2008, there were plenty of lights and cameras… but no action, because Wayne was passed out in his hotel room. When he didn’t show for the performance, cops went to his hotel and found him unconscious.
In the lawsuit filed today, Red City claims it gave Wayne a $210,000 advance. The balance is for his hotel expenses and various costs involved in throwing the failed concert.

That’s the promoter’s fault. I love love love Wayne as an artist and would kill to see him live. But you can rest assured I would never turn over my hard earned cash for a concert ticket to see him. He is notorious for not showing up. Why people keep booking him is beyond me.
Hope he didn’t make another baby that night, because the way he’s going he’s going to be dead broke & half dead & in jail buy the end of the year.

As long as he has fans willing to pay to see him he will continue to get booked to do shows.
More important than this. He is going all out to win his case in NY. He is really trying to say the cops has no cause to search his bus… where they found guns & weed.
But
His own people admitted they were smoking on the bus. Ganja smoke (smell) can stay in the air for a minute. He better hire TI lawyer bc if NY cops can get away with shooting a man who had a wallet. They can get away with cause to search your bus Weezy.
Even though wayne is not the best lyricist he has some good songs…

@bklnchick….the verdict is still out on Maxwell…I just got the cd today…total running time for the NINE songs…TWENTY THREE MINUTES. Target got my $17.99 only because it came with a DVD, but I never watch them. It had one pretty song on it called Fistful of Tears (I think that was the one). Also, don’t know where and don’t know why…but my friend is paying $216 to see Maxwell. I just paid $59 to see Jamie Foxx on Saturday, I’m excited about that one cause that CD is Fiyah!

I’m hoping the promoters view it like purchasing an extremely expensive lottery ticket. If Wayne shows up they are going to get paid out the booty, but if he doesn’t they are assed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and will have to go through years of legal wrangling to even hope to get their money back. Just because the judge orders if after a 5 year fight doesn’t mean they are going to get it. And with his sizzurp habit there are no guarentees he will even be here in 5 years.

What?!?!? I’d be trying my damnedest to shrink wrap that chumpy and take it back. It sounds like the label doesn’t have much confidence in his selling power to screw the fans like that.

Bird…I fought with myself to open it because I knew once it was opened, I couldn’t take it back. The songs are very short. He has the words in the booklet and I swear one song has one section of verses and once section of chorus. I’m gonna give it a try tho, but $18 kept me from getting Mariah. I’m in a recession!

The cd has 9 songs and I love all but like 2 of them I think. Its a triology so I guess he broke the songs up for 3 separate cds. He sold out concerts w/o any new music so I doubt his label didnt think he could or would sell
Bird- That was my 1st time going to Essence. I didnt travel memorial day so I could attend. I will be on somebodys beach Labor Day since my trip to Paris was pushed back to next June
God is GOOD is all I can say. I am single no kids or man so I travel..lol

That’s what’s up girl. I know I didn’t do things in order, but I give much props to people who do. I’ll be a senior citizen before I get to travel abroad. At 41 I still want at least one more baby which means I won’t have any dough to spare for at least another 20 years unless I hit the lottery or get some other kind of windfall. I’ve got two cousins in their 30′s with no kids and they travel their butts off.
@Bird I am ready to trade in my passport for a marriage license and birth certificates..lol I am going to continue to be patient but I will be 33 next mth and my clock is ticking.
