TMZ: RIHANNA MIGHT BE ARRESTED

According to TMZ.com, the NYPD is looking for Rihanna after she was videotaped tattooing her initial and an umbrella on 3 fans without a license!
Apparently, unlicensed personnel could cause infections and other health problems if the procedure is not done properly.
The NYC Health Department just told TMZ: “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this.”
From TMZ.com:
We’re told RiRi tattooed three of East Side Ink’s artists with umbrellas and the letter R. None of her pet projects cared that she didn’t have a license — but the NYC Law Department does.
They say Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty — as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third.
Sources say the tattoo shop could also face considerable fines of its own if the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation.
They can’t say Rihanna was just pretending. They got the evidence on video! Unlike rappers, Rihanna doesn’t need street cred.

She has not had a hit in awhile but even those fines are not “hefty” for her. If the participants are willing how can this be a crime? The ppl who got the tatts work there and don’t you think they know Rih is not licensed being she was taking classes/lessons?
She’s a regular gangsta!!!
I’m SO HOOD! Lol
The public memorial for Michael Jackson will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, in Los Angeles, Access Hollywood has learned.
The “private and public memorial” will be held at the Staples Center in downtown LA at 10 AM, AEG Live president Randy Phillips told NBC News.
Phillips said all of the details would be finalized when he meets with the Jackson family Thursday afternoon.
“Everything is in preliminary stages except the place and time,” Phillips told NBC.
AEG Live is the organization which was behind Jackson’s planned 50-show stint in London.
Should capacity be reached for the nearly 20,000-seat stadium, Phillips said the overflow crowd will be able to watch the memorial on large screens at nearby Nokia Plaza.
Despite reports that the public ceremony will be a funeral, a source close to the situation previously told Access Hollywood executive producer Rob Silverstein it will actually be a memorial to the King of Pop, who died last week at the age of 50.
She’ll get fined, nothing more..You’d think the NYPD would have more serious issues to handle.
I work 5 blocks from the Staple Center – If this is true I wont be able to make it work that day…it was bad enough when the Lakers won and people came down here…MJ will shut the city DOWN!!!

wait I think you’ll have to approve this so you should see this anyway.
@Anna……how can it be a crime??? Beside it being a law…its kinda along the lines of statutory rape(NOT the crime itself)……just because the 2 parties consent to the act, it is still against the law….because RiRi has no license……..

I am “TEAM BOTH”. I don’t want careers to be shattered because of this. I do think both should be in “anger management”. Why does it seem as though she got a “slap on the wrist”. Two wrongs never = right. I am tired of her being the “good girl” and Chris is the “monster”. Does she get a pass because she is beautiful? I know woman older than me who are still beautiful but beauty is only skin deep, a stank attitude is sill a stank attitude. Things got out of hand and they should have kept their hands to themselves. Things happen and you live and learn. Ppl should not take sides because to me it was a mutual “hitting” towards each other. I tell my daughters don’t hit a man and and think that he is not going to defend himself and hit your ass back. I don’t want my kids to be in a domestic violent relationship but at the same time teach them “coping skills”. When they were little as a parent I taught my kids to just walk away. Fights can be prevented. We have to remember to chill, cool off and let what happened set in. When you are close to somebody you know what buttons to push to “set them off”. My first born is good at this. I just remind her that she does not live here and you can go home. LOL. Mothers and Daughters, that a whole new post. We love our kids but see so much of us in them that it drives us nuts sometimes.
