BV Buzz: Usher and Tameka’s Divorce Finalized
Now we know why R&B singer Usher is in St. Tropez partying so hard. He’s celebrating because his divorce from Tameka Foster has been finalized, according to Jawn Murray of BV Buzz:
Singer Usher Raymond is officially back to being a bachelor.
BV Buzz has learned that the 30-year-old singer’s divorce from his wife, Tameka Foster, has been finalized and an agreement was reached in a pre-court settlement.
The camps aren’t talking now – likely preparing to give an exclusive to a media outlet like People magazine – but I hear an official announcement should drop soon.
A rep for the singer did not answer a detailed request for comment. Foster’s publicist refuses to issue any statements to BV Buzz.
“In the future, please don’t bother us again for direct quotes or responses from Tameka,” a one-named flack identified only as Melody e-mailed last week. Source
What’s Tameka going to do now? Maybe she can keep picking fights with bloggers hoping to stay relevant.

Hello All. I remember reading about loads of his friends advising him NOT to marry this woman. (They all couldn’t have been wrong. A few yrs ago, I gave my favorite young nephew some advice about his soon-to-be bride and he didn’t talk to me for over a yr. They’re now divorced, married less than a yr. Men, find a woman with some “sweetness” in her personality and character, not someone who’s arrogant, self-centered and haughty. Women, find you a rich man, period. I’m just kidding but it’s something to think about. LOL

Their divorce seemed very quiet. Hopefully, his next relationship will turn out more positive. Tameka’s bank acct should be straight now….unless the prenup was ironclad???

Yeah that was really quick. My divorce didn’t even go that quick and neither one of us had property just a kid between us.

Some ppl decide they want a disilusion(sp)instead. We also have to remember that they were not married for two years and had been seperated living apart for over a yr. Do we actually know when the papers were filed. First we heard he filed for a seperation then days later we heard a divorce. One is usually quicker than the other. Why can’t this be a publicity stunt. If I were tired of defending myself because ppl don’t like me you best believe I will take a back seat to get your swag back so you can sell more records. The more money he makes by convincing ppl they are divorced the more money she gets in the real divorce. LOL. I don’t know what to believe, we are talking about Usher.

I think that they can remain civil and not just for the sake of the kids. Tamkeka is older and has 5 boys. She could have talked as much trash as she wanted on twitter about Ush, but she didn’t. She is old enough to know better. Most already are Team Ush, she is not that dumb to start some mess. You don’t bite the hand that will continue to feed you for the next “18 yrs.”. LOL.
