It has moved on to AUTOTUNE, and when we get tired of buying the shyt ….hip hop will move on….but we the people are the decision makers….WE decide whats hot and whats NOT ….not ah fukking jay z! That is unless he wants to buy his own records. Dropping shyt like DOA only makes people like him less….the first thing came to my mind is “who the fukk he think he is??” Im sure I was not alone. Every rapper who has used autotune knows what it was…even Kanye, either you man up and let that niccah know or ya don’t, or ya just keep getting money on his azz cuz you know it ain no competition anymore. Coming out the gate with 300k sold the first week is taking away from what he accomplished…Now any new or old artist doing their thing in the game will have the opportunity to sell more than that and clown hiz azz for not having that big of a fan base anymore…He’s only hurting himself forcing us to listen to that shyt. AFTER all that fukking promotion all those commercials and shyt dude still only sold 300k…..Wayne or Kanye can probably sell that much on their dycks??!! It iz what it iz, and one day (hopefully before he killz his entire career for CRABNESS) he will see it for himself. He could have remained the best when he retired a long time ago….now he may not go out that way.

Hermosa I don’t think its fair to say if somebody doesnt like Jay they arent a hip hop head or something to that effect lol The songs that I heard last week that were leaked were not hawt to me and I will listen to the cd but I wont be buying it but I dont buy rap like that anyway. I am not pressed to hear new music from Jay per say it is what it is. You can JAM to your hearts content though!

Krysi I said it loud and proud yesterday and will say it again today I LOVED OLD SKOOL JAY much better than new skool Jay lol If and when he has song I like I still JAM to it such as run this town and NY state of mind feat my girl Akeys!

The PROBLEM is Jigga-BOO isn’t making records for the LOVE OF IT and he STILL ain’t righteous (OR TRYING TO BE) in regards to making music he SUPPOSEDLY loves to do. If you have a true legacy then it speaks for itself THEREFORE there is no need for direct competition amongst those that HAVEN’T and NEVER WILL have a long-lasting LEGACY

Remember when The O’Jays & The Temptation & The Isley Brothers were STILL MAKING outstanding albums and very enjoyable & CURRENT type music ALONG with the New Editions, Boyz II Men, Jodeci ETC, ETC and they were able to sell and NOT DISRUPT the current crop of up-n-coming artists SHINE WHATSOEVER ???

if nobody cares, then why is he the only rapper that can sell out arenas around the world in a matter of seconds? with just his name, no supporting acts….listen to his song Hate! I guess it really takes alot for a hater to actually admit that Jay is the best! as long the rest of the world knows, it doesnt really matter what the haters have to say!
