Lloyd Sets Record Straight On Ciara Comments
R&B crooner Lloyd wrote a post on his blog today addressing the “Hollywood b*tches” comment that he made about pseudo singer Ciara.
In his post Lloyd wrote, “I said what I said and I stand by it.” But he went on to say he spoke with Ciara yesterday for the first time in years and he explained his comments to her.
Lloyd never backed down from his opinion on Ciara’s attitude and stank personality. But he acknowledged that “sometimes family are the only ones that will tell you the truth. I’m sure I could have found a better way to tell her, but what’s done is done. We’re moving on.”
Good for him for not backing down. I wish more people in the industry were honest and forthright like Lloyd.

Sandra I must say I agree with u 100% that is why I love me some Kanye cause he is NOT PC now I don’t always agree with what he says or does n how he does it but I like that he speaks his mind

I wonder why people get so upset I do believe Ciara post most of those comment herself are people who know her. He can say what he wants to no different than the people calling me names in the other post~~I ain’t gonna loose no sleep over it…

I think Lloyd will be allright. Ppl have to realize that not everyone is going to like you also no need for CiCi to respond to it especially in a negative way. It only hurts ones future career moves.
I never had a problem with what he said in the first place. In every interview radio, tv, or print that I’ve seen him on he’s been very sweet and I’ve heard that he’s really nice and down to earth. He spoke on how he felt and it was the truth.

This is very sad. I was just telling someone the other day that I don’t know any black women who have had elective surgery aside from a boob/nose job.
It was on my local newsite. It had no age, name etc. Didn’t a bill just get passed that a doctor has to examine a paitent 30 days prior to elective surgery.

Daisy I saw it on the Today show this morning. She was a regular at this day spa for her manis and pedis but there was a doctor there who actually did lipo. The spa was in a STRIP MALL. The doctor is saying that he licensed to do the procedures but he wasn’t aware that the spa wasn’t licensed.. That’s a cop out.
I don’t think I could ever get plastic surgery although I may need some lipo myself after popping this one out…lol I hate my nose and always say that if I could afford it I would change it but I wouldn’t. I’d take the nose I had for all my life instead of a possibility of losing my life.
Girl I can’t wait to have this jelly belly sucked out I am a gym rat but this belly does not go away lol so I know after kids I aint gonna be able to take it so I will find me a great licensed plastic surgeon n go for what I know lol

If Ciara has gone Hollywood how does she maintain the attitude now that her career is in the crapper? Don’t you have to be successful before you start looking down your nose? And Wendy reported that her and 50 broke up so now she doesn’t even have that source of income and status if it’s true.

i love lloyd and i am glad he stood by what he said . now he needs to get his behind back in the studio and do a better album . as much as i love his voice, his last album didn’t hit me the way streetlove did .
