Hey girl, Im so sorry about being sooo late my internet was freezing up here and at the studio. please let everyone know that i am so bummed that i didn’t get a chance to chat with the community, but I have been reading the comments. I wanted to post but saw that I couldnt so I look forward to talking to everyone next time. I still want to blast the lie that was told on me because it still follows me after 24yrs! In 1985 I dated this guy in high school for 1st and 2nd quarter. What is true is that we kissed alot he even got a few feels in a couple of times but we NEVER EVER HAD SEX!! Do you know when my song Party Don’t Stop hit the radio some 12 yrs later this dude was telling everyone that when we dated I was pregnant with his child and had an abortion! WTF? that is a lie!
Folks was telling me that he got drunk one time and was tearing up saying man she killed our seed. What!? I confronted him at Essence Fest and he denied ever saying the lie and had the nerve to tell me to shake the haters off! I have told this same lie by more than 20 people. I saw some former classmates just last week and they ask me when was the last time I saw him and even stranger do you know when some folk look at me that have that side eye expression like girl did you have an abortion? I still get burnt up thinking about this lie. Any hoo Im sorry again for being all after the fact and look forward to talking with everyone next time. I wish you all possitive energy and productivity in all your endeavors.

ON topic @Mia … that’s ridiculous. I don’t understand why a MAN would feel the need to lie about a sexual encounter. At the end of the day if you lay with a person it’s between you and them. Stories similar to yours are all too common. Overall it confirms that it’s far better to learn the character of a person before pursuing a physical anything.

Monica, Mia and I were on the phone last night talking and they were like, let’s do a live chat tonight. So it was a surprise to me too! You weren’t left out on purpose
