Taraji P. Henson attended the Hollywood Awards yesterday. I love you T, but the makeup is a little over the top.
Michael Jackson’s older brother Marlon attended the 4th Annual Thurgood Marshall College Fund Fashion Show last week in NYC.
Faux made-for-tv fashion designer Sheree Whitfield attended the same event. Yes, I know she’s not a star but she thinks she is.
TV talk show Diva Sherri Shepherd has never looked better than she looks here. She just needs to schedule breast reduction surgery and she’ll be straight.
Model Naomi Campbell and her billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin ateended the event as well. They do make a nice couple.

Someone really needs to pull Sherri’s coat tail and tell her them boobs need to be restructured. That’s got to be about 30 extra pounds, and it makes her look like she’ll tip over. My gosh the dress is even nice but, the boobs do nothing for her.
Sheree. I think the reason I tolerate her is because she is so dilusional. I mean she TRULY thinks she is a celebrity in her mind! She’s got to be the most disfunctional RHOA based on that alone. Yes, I’m new. My first post was under the “BET Awards” post but it became lost because it had to moderated by Ms. Sandra Rose herself. I shouted out you and others under that post as being “SR Friendsinmyhead” because I had been lurking and reading you alls comments for 3 years at least. Like I told Sandra, I liked that everyone has a different opinion about this and seem to be educated. I haven’t seen much E-arguments either and everyone seems to respect each others opinions for the most part. I try to do the same because I don’t argue with gravatars. I have yet to figure out how to do the Animated Emoticons and choose a gravatar. Can anyone help?

Oh yeah. Those are some of the saddest situations at Greenbriar. My mom dropped me and my sister off there when she ran off but luckily my aunt came in and raised us. I told my daughter that she would be getting very few presents this year and that me and her would go to these homeless shelters here and volunteer. Told her we would buy presents and give them out at the various shelters and throughout our neighborhood here. Greenbriar is first on our list.

I’m new but I’ve been reading SR comments for years.I do miss Charles and his comments. When I read his comments, I picture an old disgruntled man sitting at his computer typing hard wearing glasses with tape holding them together.
OK, I’m not a big makeup person so would someone please help me to understand the point of the white powder under the eyes. I see alot of people, mostly celebrities, wearing it now.
OH I’m new by the way although I’ve been lurking for a while. I live in Georgia. Married with 11 children…My husband had 5 when we married, and then we adopted 5 and one month ago I gave birth to my first child. A little boy who is my little miracle. I had accepted the fact that I would never give birth and then God put icing on my cake. My life is busy, but I could not see my life without ALL of my kids. I hope this is not TMI, but I’m soooo happy right now I just wanted to share.
One more thing, I gave birth for the first time at 41 years of age. So if there is anyone out there in a similar situation, just know that there is hope.

Congratulations! WOW!! You are definitely busy. I’m young (in my early 30’s) so I couldn’t imagine having 11 kids. But God bless to you. I was trying for 5 years to have a sibling for my daughter but came to the conclusion it wasn’t going to happen. Thought about going to a fertility specialist but don’t want to end up like Octomom. LOL!!!

Hi and welcome. The white powder is suppose to be a concealer creme for the dark circles. It’s not suppose to look like that. Congrats on your family. I have heard stories like yours often. You married the man with kids, adopted kids and became pregnant. Things happen the way the are suppose to. When we take our mind off of something that consumes us we ending up getting what we long ago forgot we wanted. I can’t imagine having my first kid at 41, but I don’t know if this is good or bad, I am 42 and will be a grandmother in January.

White powder or a lighter color powder is also used for the shadow and contouring effects, to change features temporarily, create cheekbones, thin out wide noses etc.
It is also used to catch loose eye shadow particles, you first place excess poswder under your eyes like Taraji and apply you shadow and use a large powder brush to brush all the excess podwer away and lightly apply the powder in your skin tone.

Thanks. I went to modeling school a few decades agao and I don’t remember the loose eye shadow particles. I will passs it along to my daughters. The two important things I learned in class were how to stop nibblegate. Some women wear thin bras and some bosses try to be slick and turn the air on so cold “bandaids”. my second thing is “carry a extra pair of panyhose in your purse”.

Sherri Shepherd looks very pretty. I think she would benefit from a breast reduction. She said in an interview that she wouldn’t get one though.
Taraji’s new look is nice but the make-up needs some tweeking. It is too light around her eyes. I like her better with shorter hair. The long hair will have to grow on me.
