Obama Launches “Anti-Hate Speech” Campaign Against TV and Talk Radio
So Barack Obama doesn’t have a problem with violating our constitutional rights for free speech if that free speech is aimed against him?
Now the Obama administration and a coalition of liberal churches have joined together to launch an anti-”hate speech” campaign to force the FCC to crack down on conservative TV (Fox News) and talk radio (Rush Limbaugh, etc.)
In other words, by accusing these right wing, conservative media of “hate speech” Obama hopes to silence his critics once and for all — or at least until he’s voted out of office in 2012.
The motto of the “So We Might See” campaign is “Without media justice, there will be no social justice!” Or if we can’t control the media, we’re going to throw a tantrum!
Among the changes Obama and the churches would like the FCC to enforce includes appointing what’s called “media activists” and “strategic movement communicators” who will then monitor all TV and radio airwaves to “directly confront the mechanics of structural racism and systemic oppression.”
So in other words, the right wing media is racist and engaging in systemic oppression because they oppose Obama’s Socialist policies?
No wonder Obama’s approval rating is sliding rapidly.

Not only do I study this world I study the other one too…at a christian university with a 3.64 GPA..double major…with a full time job..2 kids and a husband…
& again the president has done more for the UBER RICH and “ghetto fab” than he has for us “middle classers”

Hello All. I don’t blame President Obama one bit! Hell, he got the power so let him use it! Faux News is a disgrace to the news industry! They don’t present news, they present opinions, bigoted, racist and far-right opinions. As for him helping the ghetto and the rich, BULL****! Obama inherited this mess we’re in and he inherited it from not just the Bushes but Clinton as well. Under Clinton’s administration, NAFTA was created, which literally sold our countries industries to China and other nations. I guess he didn’t realize that most Americans, black or white, don’t have college degrees so industries, you know factories, are necessary in America for the blue collar workers. My hometown of Martinsville VA, used to be full of “old money”, furniture factories, textiles, etc, but now? Nothing, more than 7 factories closed within 10 yrs. They are really suffering, they depend on NASCAR for revenue. America really suffers when “old money” runs out. Peace.
