Celebs Out & About: Ciara’s Edges Does a Vanishing Act

This might be the only time this year we get to see Ciara’s real hair without a lacefront obstructing her real hairline. These lacefront wigs are really taking a toll on the hairlines of singers in the industry. No wonder Beyonce would rather wear a matted up lacefront than be caught dead in public with her vanishing edges exposed.

As we can see from these pics taken of Ciara leaving the Warren Trecomi Salon in W. Hollywood yesterday, she’s just barely clinging to what’s left of her hairline.

It looks like home girl just got a touch up at the salon and she decided to let her hair breath by attaching a ponytail extension. It wouldn’t look so bad if we couldn’t tell the obvious difference in texture between her just relaxed hair and that hair piece in the back.

Ciara, since you’re still registered on my blog I feel it’s only right to suggest a deep conditioner and protein treatment to add some body back to your hair because it looks a little flat and lifeless in these pics.

That’s nothing that Dr. Miracle can’t fix or even a quick hair implant. Being that I want to keep my hair, I will not talk about hers.
I am so tired of seeing local women wearing lacefronts. OMG, they look horrible & have no idea how bad it makes them look. It’s not even on properly. A great lacefront is something that isn’t as noticeable for example, TYRA, BEYONCE, CIARA, KK, Taraji & several others have them.
Sandra it is not that serious….nothing a lil growth stimulator can’t handle.
*in my best Jazze Pha voice*
It’s Ci-Error
@1
OMG I HATE THOSE DR MIRACLE COMMERCIALS :angry:
I’m on my 2thick4u positive vibe today….
if i had Ciara’s body…I would take the thin hairline any day. That is all.
aww leave ci-ci alone .
i love dr. miracles products they are nice! anyway so sandra what was ciara user name….?
@8 i think her name was brit or britney lol
growth stimulator..protein treatment. Thanks ladies.. I’ll be on that this weekend.
Dr. Miracles is the bizzness, turned my shyt around!!
I don’t really think her hair looks that bad, maybe i’m trippin or somethin..
I was interested in trying Dr. Miracle’s products. Is there anything that you ladies recommend?
@Tyzgurl
I think it’s call Hot Gro, try that and also they have something that is used for your temple and nape area.
@spinal
Thanks, I am going to pick up some at the beauty supply tomorrow.
I dont htink her hairline looks bad either.
but I have to high five missmiami – lace front on the average Joe is hysterical – its really stands out b/c the hairline is so full and perfect. There are very few women who have perfectly full hairlines.
lmao this chick can’t win for losing she is always being picked apart about something
I still like CiCi and wish her well I don’t see anything wrong with her hair!
I hate those Dr Miracle hair commericals
Hers isn’t that bad. I just posted in the Akeys about weaves and lacefronts being overused and ruining womens natural hair.
I also think she can’t win for losing. All these crazy rumours flying roung about her and IMO when I look her I don’t see that egotistical biyatch

Miami, I so agree with you more than 100%!!!!!! You said it most times they look horrible. I can’t stand to see the high school kids wearing wigs, lace fronts and so on either. Are we failing to pass along the knowledge of how to maintain healthy hair.
But I have a question to anybody that wants to chime in, I would really love to hear the feedback:
Is it rude to ask someone if that is their real hair?
Let me be the first to answer my own question: I actually find it rude. The whole point of weave (IMO) is to create an illusion. If the illusion is done well enough that it makes a person wonder whether it is real, than the weave-oligist has done their job well. Otherwise what would be the point of wearing a weave.
Shout out to Jayson over at VIBEZ!!! The best Illusionist in the business!!
@ggouch
I don’t think that it is rude, it is all about the approach. I askd a fellow SR member, if her hair was all hers. I started out with, “I am not trying to be rude, but is it all yours?” I dropped mad compliments on the young lady. She wasn’t offended and thanked me for the compliments. I am never offended by someone askn me if my hair is real. Most of the time when I am weave-free (BIG- UPS TO CLEOPATRA’S IN CAL CITY) they think I have weave,and when I am weaved-out they think its all me. So, I don’t trip. I take it as a compliment.
@Tyzgurl, the anti-breakage cream is really good.
That Hot Gro burned my scalp something serious, i’m talking scabs and all it even turned my skin a different color.
@PINKY
SCALPS BURNS? OH HECKY NAWL! What type of product does Hot Gro? Is it a relaxer?
@ggouch its not rude but before I cut mine off people would touch mine and pull it to see if it was real. I was almost in a fight with this one woman and she didn’t understand. Don’t go touching on people!
I appreciate the asking. These two girls in a resturant were accusing me of strand by strand and my mother turned and said thats her’s (hair) no Indian yaki. I almost died!
I read where she is depressed and cries herself to sleep every night. gossipjackerdotblogspotdotcom or something like that. I feel sorry for her.
Maybe she should take the money she’s earned and go to college or open a dance academy or something, cause I guess the music thing isn’t working out anymore…
@Tyzgurl, Hot Gro is basically a grease that you’re supposed to put on your scalp. It aint no joke.
That’s the only product that I’ve had any problems with, the relaxers and everything else work great.
here is a song in honor of ci-error’s hair line…from mariah carey’s first LP…it is appropriately titled…”VANISHING”
(clearing my throak…)
“just a trace of your existence….to grasp….YOOOOOUR VANISHING….drifting away….
i kid i kid!
her hairline looks FINE. i have seen much worse. ask susan l. taylor. her hairline been missing since 1987.
Hand on my hip with the left knee bent and right finger waggin…..saying: Oh no you didn’t!! go there about Ms. Taylor Ms.Thing.
Cracking up at since 1987!! girl!! whew!!
I feel kind of sorry for her too RTB if thats true. Even if its not if she’s got feelings all the ehate gotta hurt
@ 19 I have been letting my hair breath for about over a month now. It’s past shoulder length and started thinning in the middle due to my last pregnancy so that’s why I wore so much weave. Anyway, I admit it is very difficult to maintain my natural hair especially because it’s so humid here. But I decided to condition, treat it and etc in order to save $$$$$$$$$$ and besides it grows alot better and is more healthier w/out weave. My scalp was sore after I took out my last weave. It’s just starting to heal. But again, I was ignorant. I love some weave at times cuz u can change it up but it’s way to costly these days & I would prefer to invest my $$$ in other smarter things
another typo lol “breathe”
