Celebs Out & About: Pleasure P and Bria
In case you were wondering if former Pretty Ricky member Pleasure P and Eddie Murphy’s daughter Bria are still dating, yes they are.
The cute couple were spotted out & about in Miami, Florida over the weekend. Bria just turned 20 this month and I don’t know how old Pleasure is.
Who knew Pleasure P was balling like this? This Lambo had to set him back at least 200 stacks. Or maybe the car is Bria’s — a gift from daddy perhaps?

i finally watched precious and it was a pretty good movie and not what i expected….
i didn’t cry but monique sure as heck had me heated and ish… and lenny kravitz looked sexy in the movie (i don’t think he is all that cute) and the movie is not as graphic as everyone made it seem..
I read on some site that pleasure P is currently MARRRIED
Everyone already took my answers. The car is either rented or Miss Bria’s. I gotta give it to dude to not be insecure about even screaming at a sista with that much more dough than him in the first place. No wonder she likes him.
Of course those ghetto neck tats and that gold tooth would force me to get my pistol on him if she were my daughter.

I saw it this weekend too. It was pretty graphic, but I didn’t think the ending was as sad as I’d been led to believe. It was kinda funny too. Gabby and Mo did a wonderful job.
Cute Girl I can see both her parents clearly in her.. Don’t know his solo music. Will check it out.

I kept tryna imagine Mo’Nique being Oscar worthy…she played THEE HAIL outta that role! Go Mo!
It was kinda funny especially the Jamaican girl and i love the little girl she was ubber cute(precious daughter)..
But they made the movie seem like it had scenes they would make you walk out the theater but it was still good….
No i haven’t read the book yet but i hope the re-release it because they normally do it when a movie has oscar buzz and it was based on a book.

I did. The movie is no where as graphic as the book!! they gave you flashes of the abuse. But the book breaks it DOWN. Monique’s character sums it up, but again it had nothing on the book. I agree the book was extremely graphic. I don’t know anyone who would be prepared to see a mother as the preditor, that Precious’ mother was. I also agree with you about the ending. The movie attempted to give us an ending, but I was still left wanting more answers.
I am not sure if this is OSCAR worthy performance. No more than Tarij P. in Ben Button. I think she did well (monique)…and it will def open up broader doors for her allowing us to look forward to more dramatic work from her. But Oscar…uhm…to soon/ The Author of Sapphire deserves one before Monique. IMO.

@ggouch thank you because i was wondering if it was out again.. i’m going to go buy it and read it and i hope i’ll be prepared …. y’all have me scared to read it but since i watched the movie i have to read the book.
I saw Precious and it was okay when I read the book Push in 00″ I knew they were gonna turn this into a movie, monique did a good job I dont know if she will win an oscar maybe or maybe NOT…
I also so Blindside and I must say that is the 2nd best movie of this year with Transformers 2 being the 1st best movie

the book is way better then the movie! of course sometimes it always is! but yes the book is grahphic nothing like the movie!
I loved the book. I didn’t think the movie was as graphic, not having all the mainstream attention it has.
Agree MizDallas the book is almost always better. You can’t see all feeling and you can’t depict everything and wrap it all up in two hours. I am wondering about the end because I agree the ending wasnt so in the book.

as far as the Precious Comments: i brought the book, read in 2 hours and HATED IT! i couldnt get past the Ebonic language . it was like reading the original Davinci Code.. i was disapointed in the book but maybe the movie is better.. hopefully

I just got finished reading the book as well. I don’t think it was that bad. Now the ebonics, yes, that was a pain in my ass. But I hope the movie is better than the book. Chapters 1 & 2 were the most disturbing to me though.

The ebonics didn’t bother me because for as long as I can remember I have written (informally) the way I speak (in informal settings) and I saw a lot of growth from the beginning of the book on up to the pseudo ending

Ok that car is DEFINITELY not on his payroll because his former group “Ugly Ricky” did not do that damn well. And he can sing but his solo attempt ain’t so successful either. I know Eddie is her daddy but she looks like a lightskinned version of Eddie Murphy and I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
Bria is very pretty she looks just like her mom.
I too liked the Transformers II Movie. I liked all the Air Force Aircraft in it. Go Air Force!
Yea the ebonics in Push made the book very unattractive.
He has pretty teeth and she very cute for her age. Thank God she doesn’t look like the donkey from Shrek. She has her mother’s features.
