Shaunie Divorcing Shaq Again
Cleveland Cavalier’s Shaquille O’Neal’s wife is filing for divorce again. I wonder if this has anything to do with Shaq impregnating Gilbert Arenas’ fiancee?
TMZ has learned Shaunie filed legal papers yesterday in L.A., even though the couple lives in Florida. The petition says although Shaunie is filing for legal separation, she intends to file for divorce. She lists “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for separation.
We’re told Shaunie pulled her kids out of school in Florida several days ago and they are with her now in L.A.
Why, you ask, would Shaunie cross the county to file in L.A.? Well, a spouse generally does a lot better in the spousal support department here in California. Shaunie is asking for both spousal and child support — though she did not specify an amount for either.

Daisy girl I really hope those emails were altered. Poor Shauny. She took him back after the first time, now this. If she takes him back this time and he cheats again i will not have sympathy for her. Um E – I followed Nicole and Tom’s divorce and the last time I checked they had a COMBINED income of $300 mil that was SPLIT between the 2 of them. They had 4 homes and the split 2 a piece and joint custody of the kids SOOOO other than his 2 planes, Nicole seemed to go what she wanted. That sounds like half to me.
I also had to go google Steven and Amy’s divorce. Ummm, the judge THREW OUT a prenup written on a napkin so she was AWARDED that $100 million, he didn’t agree to give her anything. POW!!

Shaunie signed a pre-nup so she will get exactly what’s listed on there. Nothing more, nothing less. Regarless if she went to California, she still getting what’s on that prenup. Wasn’t in the first divorce papers filed, he was giving her an allowance of $5,000 a month? I read that somewhere.

When you are married your spouse knows your inner most secrets, strenghts and weakness and will turn around and use it against you if/when they feel threatened. Yes we all did read that she took the kids out of school and flew across the country to file and collect. Let’s put ourselves in a “womans scorned shoes”. Once again. with our first invited guest “was there something that somone said that you need to clear up or defend”? Something to that aspect. We all have the right to defend and the right to maintain. I would be so hurt if my hubby that I took back has a baby on the way with another woman and we are married and the woman is my so called friend. But we also have to look at both sides and my side is that some women like drama, money and the status that they get by whom they marry or are able to attract and learn to settle until they get tired and realize, “it’s not working”.
I cannot stand a woman who uses their children as pawns for revenge & money.
