Alicia Keys and Toucan Sam Go Shopping
Pop singer Alicia Keys, who clearly still gets those expensive mustard facials, went shopping with her boyfriend Swizz Beatz, aka Toucan Sam yesterday at Christain Louboutin in NY’s West Village. It’s not clear who actually spent the money, but we’re going to take a wild guess that it was Alicia since she seems to be the one in control of the relationship. We’re almost positive she rules Toucan and their household. He looks so beat down every time you see them out.
More evidence that Swizz is a punk came when he took to the social networking site Twitter this week to argue with his ex. What real man does that? It’s clear that Alicia Keys — like Angie Martinez — goes for the weak, pathetic brothas who won’t challenge their authority.
Here’s a tip for Swizz: a real man keeps his family together for the sake of the kids no matter what. Hopefully Swizz and AK wont have a son together since there is no one in that relationship to show him how to be a man.

i was just about to say that @lovely. no one should stay together for the sake of the children. i do think you should have enough respect for them to not be messy or begin another relationship without ending another. children can sense when things aren’t going right with their parents.

Prime example, my parents have basically been staying together “for the kids” i.e. me for years. Every since I was little I knew that was the only reason, and now the crap has hit the fan and a divorce is soon to come…am I surprised? Nope. I even told my mother it was coming.

While i still love AK… im finding it hard to get into her music like i used to … When i first heard Fallin i was like who is this big black bish sanging (not seeing her of course) and fell in love with her talent…. her next album was good too, than “I AM” i struggled to find a good song,(NO ONE had to grow on me) but i was overly disappointed, now this album..im like MEH at her two singles, the first one was trash and sleeping with broke heart is simply ok…. i dunno i miss the old Braided AK…

I believe in Karma and it comes in different ways, my cousin to be exact, went after and won her married lover who is now her husband. Yes the woman fought for him at first he was her husband but she let go, my cousin thought it was all good until he start putting his foot in her azz. Yeah he was all sweat and lovely dovey at first then the real him came out. Now his ex is somewhere happy and she is taking that azz beating now…. My aunt married a man with a child and she didn’t like the woman so she convinced him that he doesn’t and shouldn’t pay child support because they have there own baby now, well three kids later and all the stress and drama he left her and GUESS what no child support for her either…I told her don’t trip because it was cool when he was doing it to the ex so eat your dessert. People can believe in what they want but when you do dirt it will come back on you.

Good Points about Karma. Even single people go through some of the poins mentioned. So is it Karma for the cousin to end up with a baby and broken marriage because surely they did something in their past to deserve that. So on either side its payback for dirt and people eating dessert. Most people send their representatives to the meetings. It’s not until someone gets to know the person to see some flaws. Can u begin to tuely understand who they are and what they represent in the beginning? Every speach states “get to know someone before you have children”. The difference I can gather from karma is now the lover takes your burdens because you have done your time but just don’t fluck up again because you will again pay the price. I don’t think that rule applies to one thing it could also apply to talking about somebodies lipstick and pimples on their face (just a thought, will they get into a terrible accident that causes them to wear bright red lipstick for the rest of their lives)
Everyone sees red flags but choose to ignore them. It’s the person they choose to love who has the issue. That PERSON needs the help. But, so does the wounded - the scard has to look at themselves to see why they attract this type of unsuitable mate and make changes. The abuser, cheater, etc. won’t change until they are ready. Is it karma for them to die after the changes but that means no suffering or karma on their behalve.

Her kids were her number one priority and she told me she would never leave her husband until the kids were grown. Her kids never knew she was unhappy in her marriage. To those who say you would leave your husband because You are unhappy, it’s not about You. That’s selfish thinking. Once you have children your priority is Them and children need Two parents. If you don’t want to make that sacrifice, then don’t have kids.

Did she ever leave? People lie to get what they want (you in this case). She was selfish by risking her marriage. She didn’t leave but had her husband found out he just may have divorced her. The relationship ends when one person says “I no longer care to be in a relationship with you - GOODBYE”. The second person should then let it go, the relationship does not continue because you feel the vows must be upheld, you love him/her, you don’t want to date again or simply because you were happy so the he/she should be too. Alright I know I’m hella late with this one but reading what Sandra said I’ve gotta say something. Some relationships simply aren’t healthy and are more damaging to the children to stay in. For example, my husband beat the crap out of me for years, got hooked on drugs was cheating with crackheads, took a jumpoff to his mama’s house on MOTHERS DAY while I was home pregnant with our 4th child. Would you suggest I have stayed in this relationship for the sake of my children?? Through all of that I loved the man still but because my love for my babies was stronger, I put his no good ass out. By leaving I put my kids FIRST because no child deserves to witness that. My son who actually gave the testimony that put his father in jail for domestic violence (and is still in counseling 4 years later) didn’t deserve to witness that. My daughters needed to see that love doesn’t hurt and they need to demand better. Staying in an unhealthy miserable relationship is more damaging to the kids then leaving and being happy and raising a child in a positive happy and safe home. Dying too soon cause the man gives you AIDS or kills you will hurt the kids more, don’t you think?
