The Grove for celebs is strictly for show, so I am thinking they were thinking "Hey we just ate on Robertson Blvd, we driving a over the top rented Lambo thru Bev Hills, let's put on ridiculously big obvious coats and stroll The Grove...you in ?" They got a Victoria's Secret and a Forever 21, Amber was cool with it. That pic of Kamber had to be before Christmas as its not even that kind of cold here.
