Chris Brown Just Killed His Career
Chris Brown took to his Twitter page today to whine and b*tch about his record sales before the sales figures have even been released.
Industry estimates of first week sales indicate Brown’s album “Graffiti” is about to do quadruple zirconia and he’s not happy. So the immature punk took to Twitter to blame the record stores for not stocking his crappy CDs rather than blame himself for making wack music.
This is what happens when record labels puts the focus on image and looks rather than talent and common sense. It’s time for his label to launch this ungrateful snot nose kid back to Virginia along with his moms and ‘em.

But in Chris’s interview he said he played it for her in the studio right after recording it. The reason that’s happening is because every store received a certain amount of CDs based on pre-sale estimates. If the market research shows a heavy demand for his CDs then the label ships out more CDs. But the market shows a weak demand for his CDs so the label shipped out less than a million. When you divide that shipment by each store you get about 50 CDs shipped per store. That’s why they are selling out quickly. Why would a record store hide CDs from the public when they are in the business of making money? That’s just dumb. If the stores don’t want his CDs, all they have to do is ship them back to the label and get their money back. They don’t have to hide CDs.

As far as your question, I think everyone has made a mistake and request forgiveness. The problem is that there are usually consequences and that’s something that most people have to live with. The reason that’s happening is because every store received a certain amount of CDs based on pre-sale estimates. If the market research shows a heavy demand for his CDs then the label ships out more CDs. But the market shows a weak demand for his CDs so the label shipped out less than a million. When you divide that shipment by each store you get about 50 CDs shipped per store. That’s why they are selling out quickly. Why would a record store hide CDs from the public when they are in the business of making money? That’s just dumb. If the stores don’t want his CDs, all they have to do is ship them back to the label and get their money back. They don’t have to hide CDs.

IT IS UP TO HIS LABEL COMPANY TO SHIP HIS CD OUT ACCORDINGLY, I KNOW THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING MONEY, AS WELL AS THE DEPARTMENT STORES, WE’LL SEE HOW THIS ONE PLAYS OUT.

The fact that remains that not the actual “stores” but the EMPLOYEES in it that do not approve of Chris Brown and are hiding the albums. It would obviously be dumb for the actual companies to hide them, but the employees, especially if they are managers, can do that without it being brought up.
I feel for Chris, if I was continuously in the spotlight as though I was on trial over and over again I would be angry too. People forget that he is human and HAS FEELINGS and is far from perfect. Nobody said anything while Rihanna was embarrassing herself during interviews full of sexual content and wearing whore-ish clothes, THAT was all seen as “fashionable”. BOTH need help, and if one is being told to disappear, so should the other.
Another thing that annoys me, is people judging when they don’t know what exactly happened. We’ll never know the truth of what happened, n e v e r, so stop making assumptions on both sides and just wish BOTH of them success in their careers and that they get the help that they obviously both need.
ok just came back from the shops..there was this one store i went to two days ago and when i asked them about graffiti they said they did not have it but one of the employes told me that they had it..i left the shop coz i thought nothing about it and figured the employee was seeing things…
decided to go there again today and this time i caused a scene as i was so heated..you can see from my rants earlier.lol…guess what came from the back..graffiti..i bought it and will be back tomorrow..they told me they had just gotten it blah blah blah..ok fine will give them a day to put this **** on the shelves..if i dnt see it on the shelves when i go back i am gonna go ballistic…they aint seen nothing yet..this is bull****…this is my first cb cd but watch how i am gonna terrorize that shop if they dnt have it on the shelves tomorrow…

How many times have you gotten mad and wanted to knock fire from someone, but didn’t do it? No one is saying he can’t get angry. He has to learn to control his anger like everyone else. Temper tantrums are not cool and are never justified. This sounds like a classic case of his label not shipping enough CDs. I’ve run into that problem many times when going to purchase an album the week of it’s release from several artists who had not beaten their girlfriends. Chris needs to grow up and fast. Not to be rude but your comment is a little bit insensitive. I say this by saying he’s an artist and he show cases his talent through music. This is how he makes a living. If people are not allowing him to show his artistry through his music and are holding him back (employes/stores whatever) Any artist would be mad. He has a right to. He worked hard putting the album together days, nights, months…it is not easy. Its a job at the end of the day. So just because he show cased anger/being upset/(as you say it tantrums) It results back to that dang night with Rihanna?? Where they do that at? I just dont see it. True he has to learn as well as everyone has to learn to control their temper but at the end of the day this would make anybody mad if there hard work is not being received in stores or available. This is his career he is trying to build back up. And the only way to do that is through his music. He paid his debt, apologized to her and other people who didnt even need one, he’s holding up his end of the bargain by doing community service and speaking to the youth, he has set up foundations, going to couseling and everything. You and all the other individuals that have the same opinion as you I ask what else does he need to do?

You may have misunderstood my comment. I am one of those people that forgave Chris a while ago. I feel he paid the price for his actions and that is that as far as I am concerned. That doesn’t mean I’m going to be all warm and fuzzy when he cuts a fool. He has to remember that he is a public figure. He can talk crazy to his boys about what stores are allegedly doing to him. AFTER he gets that out of his system he can take to Twitter and say: Red Alert Fans! – If you can’t find my CD at one store keep going til you find it. But make sure you ask for it if you don’t see it so they know the demand is there. Thanks!

@bird, i am not not a kid and experienced it myself..i went to a store 2 days ago here and asked for graffii..i asked the first lady and she told me to go to the counter its there..when i got there, they told they did not have it..i was like ok and did not think anything and left..after my rant ealier i decided to back to the store..this time i was not asking but demanding the cd..guess what, it came back from behind..when i asked y, their reason was it just came in yesterday..i was like wtf and mad as hell..bought it and walked out..tomorrow i am going back and if its not on the shelves i am gonna cause a scene..whats funny is i was watching tv jus an hour ago..the same store that told me his cd was not there had an add for rihanna..this is real and it is happening..he is not going off just because..i follow him on twitter, 3 days ago he sent people asking them to send info on what stores had sold out..he got a tons of reports back and with even twitpics which i saw with my own eyes..now if i had not experienced it would be one thing and would be saying its bull**** but i did..now if those stores are selling out, explain the 95k sales??? tell me where those cd’s went too..this is no joke and i saw it with my own eyes but you can beleive what u want…
