Christina Milian Nervous About Having Baby Girl
I would be too if I were pregnant with a girl child. In fact, I never got pregnant (or even laid up under a man for that matter) because I never wanted to bring a girl child into this world. There is too much evil and depravity in the world.
But God Bless those women who do decide to bring girl children into this Sodom & Gomorra. You’re all better than me, including pseudo singer Christina Milian who tells OK! mag exclusively that she’s nervous about having a girl.
First-time mommy-to-be Christian Milian is excited about welcoming her bundle of joy, revealing exclusively to OK! that she and her record producer husband The Dream are expecting a baby girl, but she also admits she’s a little anxious about the whole process. “I am nervous about giving birth to the baby,” Christina reveals to OK!.
But with family and friends close by on the big day Christina admits that, “as long as Dream is right next to me, I’ll be fine!”
Christina and her pals had a blast on Saturday for her baby shower, where guests were treated to a decadent day filled with manicures, pedicures, and makeovers provided by Valerie Beverly Hills. Attendees also noshed on delicious Asian inspired goodies from Philippe West Hollywood and bite-sized cupcakes from Famous Cupcakes.
Aww, isn’t that sweet! But I’m still unsure why this girl is a celebrity.

I doubt it. Having a baby is scary on it’s own. I was more fearful of having a son, a brown skin male. I spent many nights praying that he would live to be 18. He wasn’t a bad kid, it’s just our society.

I was nervous about my 1st baby. I just kept thinking, what if she gets stuck on her way out and they have to rush me to emergency surgery? I watched a lot of those baby shows – A Baby story. I just remember one episode where they say you’re going to feel a burn – it is the shoulders, and to push through it. Well when it was my time, I did just that.

Way to go, ReadTheBlog! I pushed about 6 times but also had no tears, stretch marks, or drugs. I couldn’t watch the shows (except for the one based out of the birth center) because they always showed the Worst Case Scenario and I was trying to do a lot of positive visualization.
I remember reading somewhere that he’s been saying that those are $5,000 riding boots. If I recall he said they’re boots but if those were stockings, they were $5,000 stockings.

my first baby got stuck cause i stopped pushing. fully dilated but i was TIRED. had been in labor what felt like forever (well now i know that 4 hours is NOT forever…lol) and she ended up weighing 9 lbs. the doctor was HAWT with me. told me if i did it again i was getting a c-section…

Most all first time mothers are nervous about having their first baby because they don’t know what to expect. She never said she was nervous about a girl just the baby.
Sandra sometimes I wonder about you. Reproduction is apart of life’s cycle. Which is one of the reasons they don’t want to approve gay marriages. (Not that I’m against it.)
But I agree some people shouldn’t reproduce…

i have been in labor for a total of 6 hours amongst two lil big headed girls. no meds for me either time. first time i was too far dilated by the time i got there. second time i was induced and she came 2 hours after so no time that go ’round either.
i am more curious about this statement…more than any thing else on this post. more than teddy’s river dancing garb and man-hose, his knickerbockers, his folded down loafer shoes…more than xtina tambout birthing babies and i been WAITING for somebody else to brang it up but since nobody did….

The trick is, you have be ACTIVE while pregnant. When I tell you I was swimming,jogging, walking once I got too big to run, etc. while I was pregnant. When you go into the birthing room, you will not have any issues. Smooth sailing I tell you. I had BOTH of my children natural (not by choice) and was in and out in about 2 hours. But I am not gonna lie, the pain hurts like a mutha!!!
I wish them the best cute couple, she always looks so happy. Congrads!
Y’all just guaranteed that one man won’t be getting any for a couple of days.

My labor was HARD. I couldn’t get to my hospital because it was the 4th of July and the FDR highway was shut down for the fireworks. I checked into a foreign hospital at 7 something. My son didn’t come till the next morning at 8.51.
& the labor pains started on the 3rd of July. (2 freaking days) but I just thank God I didn’t have to get a c section.

I know I was nervous as hell for my first labour. But for all the women who say they are scared, there is probably just as much a chance of it being easy as the horror stories ur imagining. Mine was a breeze. No drugs…didnt even know I was in labour. Just went to the dr for a visit and was 5 cm dilated and she was born 4 hours later. I did have to get stitches though, but only 2.
Truth be told, I’m due in 2 weeks with my second and I’m more nervous this time than with my first. I’m thinking epidural (but dont tell my husband that)…

Don’t let it scare you. Every woman is different. I was home within 24 hrs of having my kids. I had youth on my side. My water never broke with any of my 3 kids. I knew I was in labor but with each of them stayed home until I couldn’t take the pain anymore.(It took many hours of labor before I went to the hospital). I never had false labor or morning sickness. Yes labor hurt, it’s not called “labor” for kicks and giggles. 15 minutes before having my first two kids I got something for the pain, it didn’t kick in until it was time for a couple stitches. With my last I checked in the hospital at 11am and had her at 11:36am.
Wheeewww!!! Thanks to all the Sandy Bear moms and “I didn’t know I was pregnant” I will NOT be having shorties….

with you. As soon as I found out that I was having a boy, I was worried about the b.s. that he may encounter in life. But I soon realized that as long as I do what’s right and necessary for my child and future children, as well as

Afterwards I figured out I wasn’t scared because I didn’t quite understand the process!
When that lady told me to PUSH WHILE HAVING THE CONTRACTION I FREAKED THE “F” OUT! I was like, “I cain’t do this!!!! Gimme a C-Section!” Luckily I had a short delivery. I got to the hospital @ about 1 in the morning, was dilated think about 8cm, was on some brave ish (cause I still wasn’t aware I had to push thru the contraction) and declined the epidural. Once I understood my role I BEGGED for the epidural & it was too dayum late! However, it really wasn’t that bad, now if I had some ole 36hr labor, “NEVER WOULDA MADE IT!” © Marvin Sapp

I still remember my first labor, I wasnt really scared, just thought I would be in labor 12 yrs. I was extremely active until I was put on complete bedrest at 22 wks and delivered at 36. My water broke at 4:55 am. I went to the hospital, got in the whirlpool tub which really helped me relax and 45 mins after I got out with 3 pushes and no epidural I had my first daughter. She was born at 9:57am. I even tore a lil and needed stitches, but I felt nothing…
In april I had my second daughter and it was the opposite. My water broke at 2am, got to hospital and they didnt ahve the whirlppol tubs, so I was in a bed uncomfortable…I delivered at 11:17am and was miserable….still no epidural though. If you are able to do natiral birth I say go for it because you heal faster after the fact IMO.

I was blessed. The hospital I delivered in had those special tubs in all the delivery room bathrooms. The jets are strong enough to take the edge off the contractions…
Now like I said earlier, I had my second baby in Houston at a major hospital and they didnt have them…I was in shock…It really makes a difference. I was so cal wit my first I progressed really quickly…whereas with lil London I was screaming at the end!!!

I like Flo and I would have acted just like how Flo acted….I felt like they were being two faced….and could have easily come out of the car an tell Flo “hey we leaving right now”
Any who Kendra’s hair is a hot mess….and I could see her tracks……Next week is going to be juicy……….I just hope that Natalie keeps Portia……..But I find it ironic that Portia kept saying that “if you hit someone you should go home”…..but her boyfriend wanted her to come home soooooo….she may want to go home to be with him……
