I'm not exactly sure how physical proof of penetration and tearing of a young child could exist without a conviction but I wouldn't be surprised *at all* because there are so many convoluted ins and outs in the justice system, especially state by state. We'll see. The fact that he's released no statement reeks of guilt imo.Just seems odd. Does he live in Florida? You have to register in the state you reside in.
