This is Aisha Wright, sister of Tahira Wright of BrandedPR. I hope all is well! I am your number one supporter and I want to give you this information first that you may want to cover. I am in charge of marketing for Chaza fashions (SEXY U corset Line). Lately we have done business with Kandi Burruss (TRY IT OUT VIDEO) and Nicki Minaj and also gifted a corset to Tocarra (BET).
Nicki Minaj wore our corsets on The Mo’Nique show, Usher featuring Gucci (Spotlight Video), Nicki and Trina Celebrity bday bash this weekend (Dec 5th), and 106 and park this monday DEC 07, 2009 at 6pm.
This business is growing very fast since the HipHop BET Awards Style Suite 09. I attached some pics of the artist in there corsets for viewers to see what’s hot in ATL!

These corsets SUCK! I’m a huge fan of corsets and practically had Fredricks on speed dial for a while there. But these look cheap and why are they all the same? Homegirl should have come better than this since she was given a great opportunity to shine.

Yuck!!! Nicki looks a horid mess. That wig looks like a dead azz animal. Those shoe do not match the hue of that cheap looking corset either. Those are my thoughts. TT looks perplexed about something. Wonder how that conversation/confrontation will play out. Bet Trina had no clue. BTW, Trina always looks on point to me. Nicky needs a wig shop and a stylist. Those leggings look like they stink.

If it was a good quality corset it would give her what she is lacking rather than showcase what she doesn’t have or in this case take away from what she has.

I think these corsets are God awful! The corsets do not compliment the bust line at all! It makes it look flat. I think she needs to re-design and talk to someone that makes lingerie not just clothes…its two different worlds. You can’t smash them together.
I’m disappointed.
As someone mentioned on top, I think Kandi rocked the corset the best. The chick in the 2nd picture, who the hell is that and what the hell were they thinking?? That is NOT it. Please try again!!!

I’m not going to hate on the entreprenuial spirit of another sister. Do your thing. Though I don’t think these ladies (at least this night) did them justice. Perhaps a tutorial on how to wear them would have been in order.
The designer, handmaker needs to fine tune her skills. Probably get a more upscale sewing machine, cause they look really homemade. She needs a serger, better quality notions and embellishments and she could really be on to something.

I don’t get the point of spending MAJOR Dough on a weave, lacefront or wig, for people to be able to tell you have a weave, lacefront or wig. What is the point? I’d rather pay the dough for folks to wonder what the real deal is

Kandi is wearing it best. I am all for entrepanur and trying something new and different. There are a few problems here the first being the one everyone commented on the quality AND workmanship on these corsets is so glairingly cheap. Those corsets look like they are sold at Brookhammer or your corner korean knock off shop. Tick-Boom. Secondly the fact that all the ladies except TT who apparently knew better wore them on the same night to the same event and COLORCOORDIATED their makeup to the corresponding top. Again Tick-Boom. Why is everyone trying so hard to be EDGY? The word here that comes to mind is Fashion Victim. I see Miss Menageablah was wearing pink eyeliner? Hmmm where have I seen that?
Kandi needs to wear red more often. It is her color.
