Over the past four months several private pictures of me have been released to entertainment and news insiders without my prior knowledge or consent.
These pictures of me were of a sexual nature and were sent via the private ATT Blackberry account of celebrity accountant (Lil Wayne, Ne-Yo) Mr. Kevin R. Foster. These intimate pictures were sent to him earlier this year in confidence during our relationship/affair and were deemed private between the two of us.
Kevin clearly stated he was unhappy in his current marriage as I left my fiancé to be with him. My affair with Kevin was undeniably deplorable. Although Kevin repeatedly showered me with gifts and various trips to New York throughout our affair, he decided to stay with his current wife. I ended our physical and emotional relationship and all communications with him in October 2009.
During that time Kevin sent multiple pictures of me to colleagues at MSNBC, Universal Music Group and several marketing firms.
I am appalled and angered by Kevin’s actions. These pictures have embarrassed my family, friends and colleagues and I am forever shamed by this.
My friendship, love and trust with Kevin has been destroyed and my career as an Entertainment Reporter has suffered irreparable damage as a result of these pictures being leaked.
My family and I have always welcomed Kevin into our family and supported him in each endeavor throughout the past eight years. We even supported him in the recent birth of his son and the ongoing pursuit of his CPA.
It is my intention to alert the music, news and entertainment industry of Kevin’s heinous actions and to also serve as a CEASE and DESIST to MR. KEVIN R. FOSTER himself. Legal actions are being taken and it is my intention to prosecute Kevin to the fullest extent of the law.

@Ty I have 2 gfriends who have been legally separated for going on 4-5yrs at least they both date other ppl so do their mates. One of the hubby contested the divorce which is why it isnt final the other just cant afford it she has 3 kids w/ lil child support and currently out of work. I think there is a difference as well. In a perfect world folks should and would be divorced before moving on dating somebody new but the world isnt perfect. If he is still at home w/ his wife and kids then you know what time it is. I have a co worker going through a divorce he has his own apt now and has been trying to holla not my cup of tea but I am sure he is dating somebody right now and they know legally he is still married although he has filed and moved out. Adultry is wrong so is fornication but ppl still fornicate daily

I understand what you are saying. I think it depends on the situation. If he/she is in the process of getting divorced (ex. papers have been filed, they are legally separated, and no longer live together) then I don’t see a problem with each of them moving on with their lives with the next person. They are no longer in a relationship and both have moved on with their life, even if the divorce isn’t final yet. The only time problems seem to arise in situations like these are when people can’t let go of a relationship when it is over.
