By her parents standards she is overweight and too dark, because she tans. She says her culture considers dark skin unattactive. She told me that if she brought home a white man, her family would probally not speak to her for a moment. BUT if she brought home a black man she would be dead in the eyes of her family. She says the Korean culture favors EDUCATION!! over nd BEYOND EDUCATION is extremely important to them. BRAVO for attempting to learn the Language. What a beautiful appreciation for your daughter's other half. What a BEAUTIFUL peace offering to your inlaws. I am rooting for you!!
