Tyra Banks ‘extremely brutal’ to work with (we knew this already)
The blogosphere is abuzz with stories about talk show Diva Tyra Banks’ infamous temper. But Sandrarose.com readers already knew this.
Some of you may recall this post that I wrote last year about the terrible Ms. Banks:
The source says [Tyler] Perry ran that same guilt trip on talk show diva Tyra Banks who also agreed to stage photos of them together on a “date”. But Perry took things too far, according to the source who said Banks was unhappy with the way Perry kept dropping hints to the media that the two of them were dating.
The source said Banks flew to Atlanta last year to “have it out” with Perry and his staff at the film director’s offices. “She went into his private office and they had words. Then she came out and started yelling at the staff. She was slamming doors and cussing,” said the source, who asked to remain anonymous. “[Banks] won’t have anything to do with [Perry] anymore.”
According to the NY Daily News, Tyra’s employees (who are about to be on the unemployment line) are singing to the media about Tyra’s legendary temper tantrums. Well, I did say she was a narcissist. What did they expect?

In the nature of provoking thought, I thnik we should really ask ourselves if any one of us really give a care? Tyra lost me after Season 3 on ANTM. Maybe she’s stressed cause she’s about to hit 40 and she’s gaining weight, and she’s single and barren.

She loves to always put herself in other peoples situations. She has no sensitivity to other people and their issues in life. She torments girls on ANTM. Maybe it was because it was 2 of them and one of him? I bet you they were straight up tussling with their dad, for real, and it’s likely that is why he didn’t get arrested. But the bruise was enough to prove there were some licks thrown and file for a restraint order.
I wish them all a speedy recovery for that dysfunction they are suffering from.

Shhhhhheeeezzz, I remember when I was about 13 my mom told me to come and clean the kitchen and I was back talking, of course she told me say something again or she was gonna buss me one. So I starting packing dishes away to do the dirty ones, and i was sitting on the floor putting away pots and pans. My moms is still yelling about her house not being clean and she always doing blah blah blah, so I said something else smart under my breathe. She asked me to hand her a skillet cause she was about to cook, and before I knew it, I felt that skillet on the back of my head. She didnt hit me to injure me but she knocked my ass up side the head like I was an egg for breakfast.

Tyra is an attention whore. she makes every issue not RELATED to her some how related to her. She is not doing things because she really wants to help she is doing them to seek attention. Someone who does things to help or better people dont walk around bragging or speaking about thier experiences. Tyra probably never experienced half the issues those young girls on her show have faced or any of her guest on her talk show. She needs to fall back and find something else to get into. Its obvious. And yes there are celebrities out there that are not attention whore…

@therapist1911…that’s not what we’re saying. My mom never abused my sister but she did discipline her. There’s a difference between discipline and abuse. A man is stronger than a woman and can inflict much more pain. Teddy was abusive, simple and plain. He shouldn’t have hit his daughter
@cris…Well when I was taking group therapy class at John Hopkins University, I learned that people relate to others when they share their experiences. It brings normalcy to their problems and help them get over the issue…sometimes. Don’t get me wrong I’ve given Tyra the sideeye myself but it’s not that big of a deal. Maybe she has experienced these issues which is why she chose the topics for her show.

Well I don’t think in my professional opinion that we can diagnose people based of reading thier comments. However, we make a lot of assumptions based on snapshots, hear say, and opinions without any type of interactions beyond blogs and opinions of the moderators.
@Civil….I understand that. However women can inflict pain as well. The theory that because he is a man he is always stronger is misguided and sends the wrong message. Women can inflict pain and abuse just like a man. This way of thinking will continue to foster abuse and domestic violence.
