WHAT: The Collective Renaissance Guild (CRG) will honor Nicole Ari Parker, Boris Kodjoe and Rainforest Films’ Will Packer and Rob Hardy for their artistic innovation and contributions to film.

WHEN: Saturday, December 5, 2009. Doors open at 8pm and program starts promptly at 9pm

The event will be hosted by former Hot 107.9 on air personality Rashan Ali with DJ Trauma & DJ E-Clazz providing the sounds. It’s an event you don’t want to miss!

y the op three days before the event; why not two weeks ago? i guess. tiernee briggs has something to do with this organization. she’s an atty married to shekespere briggs. really nice lady too. i worked with her for a short while before she went on maternity leave (but never returned) and started doing her own thing.

i will add this too. i dont get the purpose of so many organizations that do the same thing or something similar to a dozen others. i suppose everybody needs their own little tax write off.

so andrew young gives his stamp of approval and im guessing this organization is supposed to blow up or gain so much attn. im so over the name dropping and who you know and whatnot. i think i’m just tired of the whole ATL scene.
