First off…I started this job a year ago, fresh outta college. It was great…the pay was okay. My old supervisor quit and now there’s this new chic. She SUCKS! She is unorganized and can’t manage her time. She misses deadlines, causing me to miss deadlines. Then she turns around and has these meetings with out Executive Director blaming everything on me. They put me on a 30 day probation (well the ED says it’s a 30 day performance improvement program). I never missed a deadline before she worked there. I pointed that out to him and he told me that my previous supervisor told him I wasn’t consistent. I told him that was news to me cause in my 30/60/90 day reviews, she highlighted my consistency in meeting deadlines as a strength. I made sure I gave him copies of those. All he said was thank you. My ED is the same mothereffer that told my coworker he was allowing her 30 days maternity leave.
BTW…my supervisor has been “working from home” for the past month. She had a seizure and the DR. told her she can’t drive. She couldn’t find a vanpool? MARTA? something???
I’m not going to quit till I find another job…that’s dumb…lol

@Renegade ..Goodness girl you have patience and your old supervisor is two-faced but thank God for those papers which showed her true colors…..Your new supervisor sounds spiteful..Have you ever asked her if she is intentionally doing this…You are the scapegoat and when anything goes wrong they will blame you ..but when everything goes right I’m sure they will take the credit..They probably don’t want to see you succeed but don’t worry great things will come your way…

Yes…I work for a non-profit real estate association. Sometimes I can meet my deadlines w/o her, but more often, I need info. from her to complete my end.
