It is difficult for me to imagine that Keyshia's putting her family on T.V. had any malicious motives behind it! Most people who succeed want to take their families along with them on the ride, and I have to trust that Keyshia felt that albeit she would be promoting her own career through this show, her family would also be benefitting from the visibility. AND THEY HAVE!! Keyshia should not be held responsibile "for putting her family on T.V". Unless this was a hostage situation in which these family members were kidnapped and held at GUNPOINT to agree to the show, these people are ADULTS, even mothers, with the ability to make their own decisions, and they CHOSE to participate on the show!! Keyshia tried to bring her family up with her through doing this show, it didn't work out, in fact in went the opposite direction totally. She DISCONTINUED when she realized this!! Were she such an opportunist, she would STILL be doing the show, DESPITE the negative direction that it has clearly taken. Kudos, Keyshia. In life we live and we learn, we keep doing the things that work, we change the things that aren't working and we keep it moving. There is no reason, Keyshia, for you to continue hanging onto these family members whom, as the world has seen, you have done EVERYTHING YOU COULD to bring up and help, but they have only been a bigger and heavier anchor to your life. I respectfully disagree @H.B.I.C. It is difficult for me to imagine that Keyshia’s putting her family on T.V. had any malicious motives behind it! I too had to make the difficult decision to cut my losses (my family) if I was going to move forward and maintain some peace and SANITY. Sad but necessary. Once I saw that she was changing for the better...learning from her mistakes, and helping her family, it's apparent that everyone can change their ways if they want. I'm sorry, but her family is a mess when it comes to being in the public eye. She may have introduced them but she doesn't make them act out like they do. Elite was lost since forever and she's out now like she earned her way into the spotlight.
