Remember Tiffany Evans, the youngster who sang her way into our hearts with “Promise Ring” featuring Ciara when she was only, what, 14?
Well, yesterday Tiff dropped the news on her Twitter page that she was signed to Matthew Knowles management. Yes, that would be the same Matthew Knowles who helped launch his daughter Beyonce’s career into the stratosphere while derailing all his other artist’s careers.
The first clue for Tiffany should have been the fact that Matthew is a serial cheater who has a baby outside of his marriage. If he can’t be faithful and trustworthy to his wife he won’t be faithful and trustworthy to his clients either. The man’s character is very much a predictor of his business acumen.
Tiff should ask Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams what Matthew ever did for their careers. Oh well, she’s only 17. Hopefully, she will bounce back after sitting on the shelf for the next 10 years.
Beyonce’s Booking Agent, Management Telling More Lies
That controversy involving Beyonce performing a private New Year’s Eve bash for terrorists is not going away anytime soon.
Last night, her camp released yet another carefully worded statement hoping to contain the wildfire of criticism that threatens to end Beyonce’s career.
First Beyonce’s booking agent, ICM, and her father/manager Matthew Knowles said Beyonce didn’t perform a New Year’s Eve Bash in St. Barts. Then they admitted she did perform, but not for anyone named Khadafy. Now they’ve decided to “confirm the private performance” but they’ve gone back to lying again about who she was paid a reported $2 million to perform for that night. Can they ever get their lies straight?

The party in St. Bart’s on New Year’s Eve, with Beyoncé in performance, was hosted by Muatsim-Billah Gaddafi, not his brother Moutassim Bilal “Hannibal” Gaddafi, as reported in the press.
Her agents and management firm made the decision to confirm the private performance. The annual party had a long history of booking internationally known artists both American and foreign for events around the world, including Cannes.
Past performers in St. Bart’s have included Timbaland, Enrique Iglesias and Mariah Carey. Guests at this year’s party included singer Usher, former BET CEO Bob Johnson, actress Lindsay Lohan and music industry vets, Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles and L.A. Reid. Source

I do recall Akon, or someone in his camp, requesting that I scrub my old website of any and all pictures of his other wife — the one I met and photographed with Akon. Rosina is pretty. Go Akon.
