Bodyguards kept a watchful eye on Rihanna at the Pepsi Refresh Project Kickoff Party at LIV nightclub yesterday. It seems she may be still feeling the effects of her drinking binge on Friday night and Saturday morning. Rihanna hosted the event at the Fontainebleau yesterday.
Football great Deion Sanders and his lovely wife Pilar Sanders attended the Pepsi Refresh Project Kickoff Party at LIV nightclub hosted by Rihanna at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach yesterday.
Singer Keri Hilson played it safe while performing a set for ESPN The Magazine’s NEXT Event wearing all black from head to toe again.

Keri Hilson wore this abstract print frock thingy to the ESPN The Magazine’s NEXT Event at the Fontainebleau hotel on Miami Beach yesterday. The famed luxury art deco hotel is not taking outside reservations unless you’re holding a black card and name dropping big time.
Former Destiny’s Child member Michelle Williams got a lift from the hard legs after she lit up the The Empire State Building in honor of Go Red For Women and National Wear Red Day ysterday in New York City.
Rappers Drake and Common attended Hotel 944 event at Eden Roc Renaissance hotel on Miami Beach yesterday.

In the first pic of Keri, why do her boobs look flat and saggy?
I have 3 kids, nursed them and in my 40′s and my boobs do not look like that. I know I did not buy new boobs. 
Michelle looks pretty. Rhi looks peetty and I love the shoes.

Have you ever gone to a store for one thing and end up with more things? I can go to a grocery store and only want a loaf of bread but end up buying a cart full of food. Today hubby and I went to a store and I only wanted to somewhat “window shop” but wanted to buy a new vacuum. Why did I forget to buy the vacuum but have a new bedroom set that will be delivered on Monday? Things that make me say , OK NOW! I really did go to look and wanted a cheap $50 vaccum and ended up with a $1200 bedroom set. I now remember why I choose to shop online, when I go to a store and see something I want I really do have to have it. 
I think hubby will keep me at home on the Sandra Rose site from now on. 
I will say that I did choose a top of the line luxuary mattress. It was funny when hubby and I sat on mattresses and his short azz legs “dangled” like a little kid, actually my legs did dangle also, my legs were just closer to the floor. Hey, I just wanted to share, hope none of you wonders if I am Krazy, I am, but I find that ppl on fb, twitter and other social networks like to share their day. I chose to share my day with my fam in here at Sandra Rose. Sandra, if I used to many emotions please don’t scold me. LOL. I still have to file my taxes before April 15th. I will get my wake up call. LOL. I am happy that I get raises, commissions and bonus money during the year, and with our President giving us “stim” money in our pay checks, it keeps bringing me into a diff tax bracket. I always owe them, Uncle Sam never owes me. LOL. Sandra, can we have a “Medical Minute” on income recovery, deductions, exemptions? I know I am intelligent but I would love a “Financel Minute” Post. Not just for me but for your “loyal readers”. I do know what I am suppose to do, but to see it in writing/typing makes a difference. I don’t like getting a extra pay check and it’s taxed. I know we all have to pay taxes but

My daugthers tell me it’s ok, it’s just gravity, and they suggested I work out. I am going to do that right now, but only for 5 minutes. 
I get muscle aches walking up and down the stairs. I am not fat, just a lazy person who has a sit down job. I can say that my body was tight when I had a factory/wharehouse job. I have been at my “sit down job for 10 yrs. Grannie Annie is going to get her grove back. I will be back in 5 minutes. going to go up stairs and dust off a machine or two, it’s time to use the room before hubby sells my exercise equipment, plus he is at the gym getting buff for him, but it benefits me. Wish me luck, I am really going to exercise up staris.

I did work out for 3 minutes and my cell phone rang, one of my daughtes called and I reminded her of my syndrome, she said I should just do “squats”. “NO PAIN, NO GAIN”, It all hurts, I want a easy fix. I think I should have stimulated the economy by a real purchase, a stripper pole. 
I could have slid down the pole and held a quick pose.

@Karmel as a gym rat and one with a bad back due to a slipped disc your back should not be hurting after doing squats so be sure to check your form (dont lean forward)
