Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson joins the list of celebrities sporting milk mustaches:
“[Milk] was definitely a part of my upbringing for sure,” says the proud mother, whose sophomore album is due this May. “I definitely want to have that on my kitchen table.”

She can do no wrong in my book. She seems truly down to earth. Could you imagine how some ‘celebs’ would have taken her fame and what their ‘ego’ would have looked like? An Oscar the first time around is nothing to sneeze at so I all I have to say is, “You go JHUD”.
Oh and Bird’s got milk too. I feel it in my boobies right now. hehehehe
Anywho, our little old folks having babies talk must have gotten my juices flowing because I found out this morning that there is a bun in the oven. Shhhhh! Don’t tell anyone.

JHud really is so down to earth. She lives in my area and its becoming really common for there to be sightings of her and her fiance. I’ve never approached them because I think that’s weird and rude but she definitely seems like a genuine person.
With that said, these milk ads have always freaked me out. My 13 month old is barely getting any cows milk yet. Blech.

its been a rough year, i was deployed from july to dec…he left the end of october and won’t be back till the end of april beginning of may. i will be so glad when this is over

you don’t even taste the egg whites in the smoothie…it’s strictly for the protein content. and i guess i must be an extreme health nut cuz i eat (scrambled w/raw veggies and sprouts) and drink egg whites (in smoothies) on the regular.
as far as drinking cow’s milk, i quit that a long time ago. it causes mucus buildup…i drink rice, almond or hemp milk which tastes just as good or better than cow’s milk.

I agree. I personally don’t drink milk. I’m going to try to breast feed this baby for at least 18 months. Some doctor on the radio today said if you do that you never have to give your child again. Cow milk is for cows. That’s why so many people are lactose intolerant.
