Now that you put it in context I totally agree with you. For a hood chick Miss LisaRaye does have it going on. I think mama and daddy instilled in her that she is above the hood chicks who date the men that were several levels below her daddy. She IS Winter Santiaga. I’m starting to think Sista Soulja based that book loosely off Lisa’s life.

Actually Lisa brought that up. She basically said, “Michelle is cool and all, but she don’t look like me.” She’s said that time and time again out loud for people to hear. But you are right it is not fair to Mrs. Obama who is also from the south side of Chicago, is a professional educated woman who has been married to the same gorgeous, intelligent uber successful man for many years to be mentioned in the same breath as this superficial hood rat. Yes, I totally agree that was not fair. I for one don’t expect dignity and class from this woman.

Exactly @ Bird she is a hood chic, I never said she wasn’t. So knowing that, I expected what she gave. I am comparing her to other hood chics NOT Michelle O or Jackie O (the real one) and compared to lets say a Fantasia, Tiny, Toya, Ne ne etc. Yes she does speak well. I am holding her to the lane she is in not world leaders.

@ Karaz, to say because she has had moderately high income…I don’t get it, all of the women I have named aboved have high income and they are not polished (in my opinion), hell MJB, Monica, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears are all very wealthy and we are not on here talk about how ghetto they are.
