Nicole Richie’s Engagement Ring Has Nothing On Tiny’s Rock
Socialite Nicole Richie’s baby daddy Joel Madden finally put a ring on it. Richie revealed her enormous rock outside David Letterman’s studio yesterday where she stated that she’s engaged to her baby daddy.
But Nicole’s ring has nothing on the rock that Tiny’s fiance, T.I., gave her while he was still incarcerated! Tiny and T.i.’s nuptials will take place this Summer and I have been invited so stay tuned for all the details.

I thought Nicole and Joel were secretly married. I don’t like Nicole’s Alvira look. I agree with other it’s not the size of the ring. I didn’t even have a bread tie when I got married and I have been married for over a decade, my sis got a 2K Princess cut and she has been married for 7 months. Well the marriage is over and she’s keeping the ring.

Nicole’s ring does have something on Tiny’s… IT HAS THE WORD ENGAGEMENT IN IT!! The meaning behind Nicole’s ring can outweigh the color, cut, clarity, etc. of Tiny’s ring. Amazing that people find the size of the rocks to be more important than the meaning. Disappointed!
Love both ladies and their rings because to each it’s own, I would like my birthstone to be my center stone on my wedding ring. On another note I LOVE LOVE Tiny’s red hair color, it really works for her. GM everyone.

That’s not a good thing, in a marriage you have to have your own idenity. Tiny being up under him only allows him to treat her the way he does. He thinks he can do whatever he wants and buy her a new LV and all is good.

Y’all there’s really no such thing as a conflict diamond. Someone is being exploited in some way shape or form for the bling we wear. But then again just about everything we consume is gotten at the price of someone else’s exploitation.

I think both rings are really nice. Nicole seems like she is less flashy that Tiny so Joel probably picked the ring that fit her personality and not about money. When you are trully WEALTHY you do not have to be so flashy.

There are 4 C’s when it comes to diamonds…Carat, Cut, Clarity, and Color…Carat is only one of them. Just because a ring is bigger than another, doesn’t mean it costs more. I can go on Trax NYC and get a bomb azz ring for cheap. You can go to Cartier or Harry Winston and get a small diamond for the price of a house. That is all

Actually it’s conflict free but geez finally someone realizes this! I have been telling people this ever since Djimon was in the movie with his chocolately self and everyone jumped on the bandwagon. ALL and I repeat ALL diamonds come with conflict. Ok so they claim people are not dying for them BUT they are still over in Africa paying the people .50 cent a day to slosh around in water and dangerous chemicals such as mercury (which is highly toxic) to find diamonds they turn around and charge you hundreds of thousands for. So they are still robbing and ultimately causing death. People crack me up with the “conflict free diamond” crusade…Kinda reminds me of PETA. Which I makes me mad too like OK don’t wear fur (fur which I don’t cuz who needs it in Cali) because animals die but these same hypocrites will shovel down a steak or rock leather in the form of shoes, furniture, car seats, handbags. @ Al-ameera I’ve known about conflict diamonds long before the movie and I’m glad that it came along because it educated people about what’s really going on over there.
There are conflict free diamonds that are mined in places like Canada, Alaska, and Australia though they make up a small percentage and one would probably have to pay a grip for them.

@ Yadda, being a Vegetarian can be very trying at times especially if you don’t know how to be one, all you end up eating is whole lot of salad, pasta and junk that doesn’t have meat in it but once you find out what to do and all the possibilities it gets better. But I will admit there are some days where I am soooooo hungry for like a chicken wing but my husband won’t let me eat it meanwhile that guy stays eating goat. LOL

Its not a competition, Nicole”s ring is still gorgeous and most people who are used to having nice jewelry, clothes cars etc don’t feel the need to show off and get huge gaudy pieces. Nicole comes from money and has had these types of things her whole life so she doesn’t need the biggest ring in the store. Just my opinion, I like both women though and both rings are beautiful in their own way but me personally I prefer understated and plain vs gaudy attention getting jewelry (and clothes, purses all that). Bigger pieces look tacky imo
