Reality TV Contestant Convicted of Murder

Another reality TV contestant is in trouble with the law. Jamal Rashead TrueLove, a former contestant on VH1 Reality Show “I Love New York 2, has been convicted of murder.

Jamal Rashead Trulove, 29, of Oakland was convicted Tuesday of first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Last month, Markice “Kesan” Moore who appeared on MTV’s reality show ‘From G’s To Gents,’ turned himself into Cobb County police on a charge of brutally beating and breaking the bones of his infant daughter.

Prosecutors say Trulove fatally shot 28-year-old Seu Kuka at a San Francisco public housing project in July 2007. Truelove was arrested in Monterey County on a $5 million murder warrant in October 2008.

Trulove appeared on the VH1 reality show “I Love New York 2.” The program was filmed in Los Angeles just three weeks before Kuka’s murder.

Truelove appeared on the first episode and was dismissed from the show for fighting. He could face a minimum of 50 years to life in prison when sentenced March 19.

Murder, arson, mayhem, sexing with the lights on and doors open, crackhead mammas running wild, turning strangers into baby momma’s ….Are these people crazy as hell or is reality tv making them that way? i suppose we’ll know at the end of the new Bachelor if they turn that nice (i did not say cute) boy into a hot-tub-threesome-having-alcoholic-junkie, right..

I try limit my tv watching to SportsCenter and live games but if they keep letting athletes into this reality show craze, I’mma stop watching that, too.

But i will cop to this..Lil Wayne put that harem of his on TV and I’m getting TIVO and e’rything.

WOW, makes you want to do background checks on the shows you watch on TV, didn’t “Megan wants a Millionare” get canceled because a contestant killed his wife?

@MKM, These are two different people. I didn’t watch I love New York, so I don’t know this guy. Kesan from G’s to Gents’ daughter is still alive.

@Nika, that’s correct. He was also featured on the I love Money show. The network scrapped that season and will be filming a new one this summer.

I think his name was “Milione” on I Love New York….a variation of “million”

Maybe VH1 & MTV should lay off with the reality shows. I still can’t believe that guy from Megan’s show brutally murdered his finance’ and killed himself

    Hey BrownSuga:

I don’t know if you are lurking or not, but I saw your comment in the Maia Campbell post about if anyone saw the “For The Love Of Ray-J”. That shyt was straight up banannas! I don’t know if it was staged or not, but if it was, they did a good job, but for some reason I don’t think it was. Anyway, like I always say, if you want to see what someone TRUE COLORS and what and who they are, back their ARSE UP in a corner and see what you get and he showed his ARSE…he acted like what I always thought of him to be which is a straight up punk and puzzy…running off the stage like a damn female! :gay: If Ms. Berry had any sense, she will keep it moving because he was up their calling Cocktail out of her name because he knew she was telling the truth… yeah, that made for good tv Monday. :D

Fa real though…they really do need to start doing background checks and psych evals on these reality-dating shows!! All these crazies popping up out of nowhere…then getting “celeb-status” shine cause they was on a show…GTFOH!!

    ReadTheBlog says:

Well the dude was kicked off for fighting – can’t say we didn’t see this coming, huh?

These dating reality shows need to stop. They’re putting too much out there; cheapening TV, and there’s got to be some quality TV that isn’t a re-run.

Has anyone seen the sitcom produced by Martin Lawrence and starring Tatyana Ali. It comes on TV One and I can’t remember the name. How is it?

I was wondering if anyone saw For the Love of Ray J reunion as well….I don’t think it was staged at all, I think cocktail was genuine about her feelings but come on she’s been in all sorts of music videos since the show & Ray J was right he gave her her career so I think she was also throwing salt in his game, however she didn’t need to help cause the fact that he hadn’t seen Mz Berry in 5mnths but had seen a lot of those other broads is just telling in itself…especially his little deal with Jaguar…

On topic, these people are crazy before they go on reality tv, that’s why producers cast them….anything for ratings

@ leapyear, I saw that mess. I also read somewhere that Mz.Berry’s ex boyfriend claimed they were still messin’ around. Ray J was a punk azz walking off the show like that. Stand up there like a man and tell the f’in truth. Then c.o.c.k. tail started crying because she knew the truth and he was calling her a bytch. Jaguar would be a damn fool to mess with him…

    Bird says:

These reality show types are not exactly the salt of the earth. They are pretty much underachievers. As much as I hate my job I can’t afford to leave it for a few weeks long gig that doesn’t pay much more than what I’m already making. The best the producers can hope is that they aren’t so crazy as to commit a heinous crime prior to the show running on the air. That’s why I know Danger won’t be getting a show. I know they want to give her one so bad, but they can’t risk her killing someone and having to yank the show like Megan Wants a Millionaire.

    Walking:

I think cocktail was throwing salt in his game because it was very evident she and Ray J are not done…both of them were a little to passionate about the arguement for me.. she crying and he cussing and all in her face…that was a “we still fugging fight”..LOL :-)

    Ms. K-Momma:

That whole episode with Jaguar was very disrespectful in my opinion. In other words he was saying yeah Ms. Berry cool, but if I could do it all over again, I would choose you. I hope this is the end of the Ray J series…cause everybody know that damn boy ain’t looking for no love..LOL

    WalkingKontradiction says:

    @Leapyear:

Those were my feelings exactly, I felt like their fight was just a little to intense….RayJ clearly isn’t concerned with love, just sticking & moving..
