Behind The Scenes: Waka Flocka Flame – O Let’s Do It Remix
Various ATL celebs came out to support newcomer Waka Flocka on the set of his video for “O Let’s Do It Remix featuring Sean “Puff” Combs. The video was shot at the Central Station Sports Cafe in East Point last night.

Who knew that Waka Flocka’s mom is industry vet Debra Antney, left, with Waka and comedian Alex Thomas. As some of you know, Debra manages Waka, rapper Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane and a few other well-known celebs. She’s doin’ it! By the way, that bag Waka is holding will be mine soon. It’s designed by a black designer named Louis, and he’s putting out a line of bags made from Alligator skin. The line comes in a variety of colors and materials to choose from. I’ll get you more info on the bags later.

at the end of the day, there are good rappers everywhere. i’m a new yorker so obviously i do take pride in the fact that many of the hip hop icons are from the east (i used to hate cali/west coast b/c i knew they rivalled us in that area lol but i dropped that). and yeah i do think that a lot of the trash rappers out now HAPPEN to be from the south but i don’t think they represent the south b/c there’s plenty of talent there. it just so happens that these particular artists made it big and the record companies are looking for clones. thats the same reason we have so many kanye west clones (who i love dearly-kid cudi, drake, etc.-but i’m just saying that they have similar styles and are of a particular wave of hip hop coming out now).
and i don’t understand why we are discussion clothing styles either seeing that baggy pants are as prevalent in the south as in the east. same with old men not wanting to grow up. if anything nyc is the place of the most variety just b/c there is a greater mix of different culture and influences
