I think that's a rule in place for common people; you can't remove your twits. The night bow-wow and I think it was stevie wonder's young daughter were writing tweets eluding to suicide. the next day, bow-wow's tweets were all removed and it was like he never said any of it. i knew then tweets could be removed because I had seen all of his suicidal tweets with my own eyes.
