This is really sad if it’s true. It’s very sad that we can’t accept ourselves for who we are. But innocent babies don’t have a choice and they can’t defend themselves.

Both her sons were born with more or less the same colour as her, now she bleaches the both of them. The father in the picture, is totally unaware of this. I really hope this story isn’t true and the mother isn’t using skin lightening cream on the baby. It’s SO ignorant for her to think he couldn’t get a girl because he’s not lightskinned.

How did the babies picture get on the net? Now for the bish who took this baby picture and so people like SR can attach it to their blog, YOU hoe, are not this girls friend. If you were her friend you would let the daddy know what she is doing to his child, try to talk some sense into her, call DCFS, tell her family, something. The best you could come up with was to send her picture to a fvcking blog. With friends like you’re stank ass…you know the rest.

I grew up with a dark skinned, coarse haired, baby blue eyed boy. Who knew he was 1 in a million. The little boy is adorable as well.

My friend had a baby in Feb who has blue eyes. She’s black, her husband is black. Her husband’s eyes are kinda light brownish but the baby is almost 3 months old and has blue eyes. Not light blue like this baby but hers is more of a deep blue. It’s fascnating.

A lot of babies are light when they are young and brown as they get older. I hope that’s the case and not some crazy bleaching. There are some mad crazy people in this world as well as self-haters so it wouldn’t impossible though. The blue eyed baby looks really unusual but he’s cute the same way most babies are cute.

I was on the city bus one time and this lady was on it.She had very dark skin like Eddie Murphy color and she had blue eyes. I kept staring at her because I was like this lady is too old to be wearing contacts, But I have never seen someone that dark before with pure blue eyes. She caught me staring and laugh and said yes, I have blue eyes. I kind of felt embarrassed. She was old too probably around her 70’s.

I don’t know what color my babies eyes are yet and she’s 4 months. One day they look light brown, the next day green, gray, green with blue on the outer parts. And she doesn’t have a damn pug nose or light hair. Stop the madness

@Sahuny…what color when she first arrived? I’m a pro with “eyes” as we call it in my family.

My gmoms are gray. My 9yo are very green-brown (gray ewhen born). When I brought her home (I delivered in another state), HIS family was *side eye’n* the shi.t outta me! LOL

I hope and pray that the crazy momma understand that the chemicals in that cream may be to harsh for that baby’s skin and may cause irratation or the baby can substain a rash or even a severe burn from the chemicals. someone needs to bleach the mothers eyes black and blue and then turn around and bleach the friends eyes too for sending in this story instead of going to the childs father. @OTB – We couldn’t tell, they were gray and blue looking. I was trying to put her in the light and everything to see but you know it was to sensitive for her eyes. Then one day I’m like o.k they’re light brown but low and behold a few hours later they were back to that grayish blue. Hubby and his mom said she gets it from their side. His grandmother eyes did that.

Light eyes, my grandma has light gray eyes, she looks like a cat or something. Freaky looking shYt. I use to date a guy that was black as smoke and he had some funny color eyes too, his shyt use to change colors. That was the weirdest shyt I have ever seen! That baby is cute, but he would be cute without the blue eyes, he’s just a cute baby….and my dad is dark skin and he has blue eyes, but they are more of a navy blue…but they did not turn that way until he was 40. We thought he had cataracts at first, so he went to the doctor [because glaucoma runs in our family-his dad went blind from it] and the opthamologist said that everything was fine, he said he was basically how some white babies are born with blue eyes then they turn brown..he was like my dad was the reverse of this..

Anywhoo, lets get to the real business at hand which IS…why I have a VERY vivid dream about Drake last night and I am not even a fan! I guess I will be now because of my dream it started off good and than ended up horrible…in the dream he had sisters and they broke us up because they didn’t want us together,so I spent the rest of the dream trying to get him back…then the alarm went off… I just thought it weird because number 1 that dream was SOOOOO real, and number 2, I don’t find him attractive in any way…STRANGE…

If true, I think the mother’s mental status needs to assessed to deal with her deep rooted issues for bleaching her poor, innocent child’s skin. So many people have been trained like little seals. It almost makes you think people should be tested for mental astuteness before having children so they don’t pass their psychosis on to their children.

Am I the only one who is a little scared of the baby with the blue eyes – sorry it’s looks sorta of demonic and to think I always thought that would be cute a chocolate baby with blue eyes-my son is brown his eyes go from gray, hazel, to light brown depending on what color shirt he wears and even that looks more normal to me-I’m glad I saw what that would really look like and my great great grandfather is 100% white so a lot of my cousins and family members have light eyes but they are also light….

BABY #1: No need to overreact about the bleaching unless the products she’s using are dangerous. Most are ineffective or temporary anyway. I would be more concerned about the mental aspect of how she treats “dark skin.” How would the Dad NOT no how his wife felt about “dark skin?”

BABY #2: I agree with what someone said earlier, that blacks are more frequently having different eye colors, along with other non-traditional black features. Not sure if this baby is any more “one-in-a-million” than anyone else.

OMG. the dad should be able to tell there’s something wrong with the skin. it really does look like he’s bleached. she doesn’t know what the long-term ramifications of applying those products will be. the friend should call child protective services and definitely tell the dad.
