If this is true and she actually gets married, this will be Lisaraye’s third marriage. Her first marriage was to an NFL football player.

I think old girl needs to relax and enjoy being single for awhile because her last situation was too messy. She hasn’t recovered financially from her previous marriage. Mr. Misick had her involved in all kinds of financial deals of which she allegedly knew nothing about.

Essence, I think it’s nice that she’s so affectionate. What’s wrong with hugging and kissing your child (grown or otherwise) in front of others? Why is that shameful? There was nothing sexual about it. If Kai didn’t like it I’m sure she would have avoided it.

@Essence, yes I did think it was a bit much, and Kai has also said that herself. We are very affectionate in our house, but she was kissing her daughter like she would a man. You and I are not alone in our assessment; it’s been discussed on other blogs. I mean, most of us kiss our kids, but don’t go sucking on their faces.

Black families are like everyone else. Some show affection, some don’t. JMO.

On LisaRaye’s show she said that she likes receiving affection because it “gives her strength” so she kisses her daughter for “energy”. The fact that the kiss is so long is what makes it look weird. If she shortened it by a few seconds it wouldn’t look so odd. Since she is an affectionate person it makes sense that she likes getting married so much, I think, LOL.

@Essence, her affection level toward her daughter gives me the creeps. And this is coming from a very affectionate mother. I would not kiss my two sons or daughter in that manner. Even LisaRaye’s daughter don’t like it.

Lisa Raye do you. I see nothing wrong with marrying or dating a man with money. I see nothing wrong with finding someone to share your life with. Lisa is at an age where she knows herself. Every once in a while a person will get blind sided by a mate (male or female) we think they are one thing and they turn out to be another. Misnick has always been who he is nothing Lisa did or could do that would change that. I’m sure she will not make the same mistake twice in terms of dating.
