Monica Live On The George Lopez Show
R&B Diva performed “Everything To Me” live on The George Lopez Show last night. Later that night Mo hit me on my cell while I slept peacefully, so I missed her text messages when they came in. But judging from the texts, she was very excited about her appearance.
The audience greeted her enthusiastically because it’s not every day that they get to hear such an amazing vocalist perform live right in front of them. And she was sharp as a tack during her performance too.

Did anybody else hear Whitney tearing to SHREDS “I’ll Always Love You?” It was sooooooo horrible, I almost cried for her! I hate to say it, but Whitney is done. It’s gone. It’s lost and it’s probably not coming back.

I watched the show. George gave her 4yr old some golf clubs because he wants to play golf. He gave her 2yrold a cute hat. Monica was soooo excited. The only thing I hated was those damn shoulder pads.

Monicas face stays beat and she tweeted she uses NARS make up so I sure went to visit their make up counter needed some new eyeshadow for spring and I’m tired of mac colors
NO problem. I love those shoes. She looked flawless, Her makeup game is sick. I don’t know who does it but it’s always perfect.
There are only a handful of REAL singers left. Even with some of those, they have “compromised” themselves and become whores to the industry.
Monica is one of the few that didn’t. She looks EXACTLY the same as the day she came out too. This is after 10-15 years and two children! Much respect to her.

@Daisy- I’m a makeup freak but since I’ve been unemployed I have had to cut back. But there is this chick on you.tube called coloured beautiful and she makes her own makeup and she has beautiful colors. Her makeup is always flawless. Check her out.

I get dolled up on weekends if I am going out that’s it. I workout almost everyday so I don’t want to have 2 wash my face b4 each wkout so I just don’t wear make up 2 work 
That was a fabulous interview and performance. Monica looks and sounds great, and I just love how much she loves her boys. GO GIRL!!!
I’m not either but I do wear liner and mascara everday and lip gloss. no foundations or concealers. Sometimes pressed powder if I’m going out. I love eyeshadows though.

Yup. I think some black women place TOO much importance on their hair. I saw a pic of Chrisette “Whatever-her-last-name-is” (the singer) after she got a buzzcut. She looked excellent to me and would catch my eye if I was out somewhere.
I think ON AVERAGE a black woman can pull of the THE MOST hairstyles. They can pretty much wear their hair any kind of way and look good.
Other races….not so much.
OMG…I am so loving Monica. She has definitely tapped back into why I love her so much….she is SANGING this time around without all the Hip/Hop….so, happy for her and love how she has gone back to the basics of just giving us SONG!….DAMN DAMN DAMN Monica is KILLING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Tiger & Elin were headed for divorce before the scandal broke b/c she purchased that 2M shack on a private island in Sweden in her name only a few months prior. The scandal simply gave her ammunition for more money in the divorce.
I just read up on Larry King’s situation. How could he talk about Tiger Woods, John Edwards and Jesse James when he was doing the same but with his wife’s sister?

Yeah Dean’s(tori’s new husband) wife spoke on him leaving her when it first happened. I think they were adopting a kid at the time. Tori’s marriage to the other guy wasn’t real anyway. He sued her I THINK. LeAnn’s husband seemed gay to me.

that’s great! i’m telling you, i feel like one of those informercial people sometimes when i tell people about it. the sales clerk at the vitamin shoppe i stopped by said they can’t keep it on the shelves. i thought i was all ‘in the know’ and turns out i was late as heck finding out about this particular supplement. keep reading up on minor thyroid imbalances, low vitamin D and vitamin C levels, etc. it’s all linked and just goes to show that a total approach to health and wellness is better than just treating individual symptoms.

That was an amazing performance. Whitney will always have a special place in our hearts but Monica is fast coming for that acclaimed title, the ultimate vocalist post-Whitney. WTG Monica.
