Whitney Houston Hospitalized in Paris
Legendary singer Whitney Houston has suffered another setback to her troubled world tour. According to online reports, Houston was hospitalized on Wednesday (April 7) in Paris, France with an upper respiratory infection.
The 46-year-old, whose hits in the 1980s and 1990s included “I Will Always Love You” and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” had been scheduled to play a gig in Paris on Tuesday but cancelled it at the last moment.
“Doctors visited Whitney late last night in Paris and confirmed that she was suffering from an upper respiratory infection,” her label Sony Music said.
Sony said she hoped to play a concert in Birmingham, England, next Tuesday before continuing the European tour.
The star was being treated in the American Hospital in Neuilly, a clinic in a chic Paris suburb favoured by French celebrities. She was treated there in 2005 for gastroenteritis. Read More…

me and my sister were ‘debating’ this yesterday and I just thought she could not be bothered anymore and there is no ‘upper respiratory infection’ I just thought she was at some garage forecourt somewhere with her ol’ fur coat and static weave firing up the crackpipe. But U.S. magazine In Touch suggests Houston’s latest illness could be drug-related following an eye-witness account of her behavior at a Los Angeles hotel last month (Mar10).
Marlon David was sitting on the table next to Houston and her ex-husband Bobby Brown during a night out at the Beverly Wilshire hotel on 10 March and tells In Touch, “I saw her pull a plastic bag out, put a folded bill to her nose and discreetly snort a line from it of what to me certainly looked like cocaine. She’s extremely thin and looks like a disaster.”
But Houston’s representatives have blasted the report, insisting the singer is not using drugs.
David also tells In Touch the night out ended badly for the former couple, following a heated argument.
He adds, “He (Brown) had so much trouble trying to control her. He tried to make her leave, but she wouldn’t. She started yelling his name loudly and calling him a stupid son of a b**ch, and he told her to shut the f**k up!”

If u notice, I NEVER involve myself in any SR ebeef and I’ve been here probably longer than 95% of the posters. I don’t post very often and this is the ONLY blog I comment on. It was just sheer boredom yesterday I was on another blog and saw in the comment section about her saying SR steals pics and she’s warning the photog to watermark his pics to stop her. It did bother me and I don’t see the point in being here after doing that. I would feel that way about any friend I have in real life…if somebdy talks smack behind their back

I was seriously sick with allergies myself for quite a while so they can really effect your health. On top of the allergies Whit is touring, has a history of drug problems and is near 50 years old so she probably did need some extra care.
